Amazing centralized parking for a trip to downtown Seattle. Cannot believe how easy it is coming off the freeway and going directly into building. Now come on it's not that easy you may have to travel a few block traveling down 6th Ave but you get the picture ( I hope )! Parking is self management with driving in accepting a ticket and locating spot. I'm surprised they have electric charging station's but they offer green new deal car charger. Myself I still use gas and I love it. Being directly across from Nordstrom's you can access shopping in 1 minute of parking. Also other attractions are just outside the garage including Seattle favorites the homeless population are available. Wait this is about parking so I will continue. Ok so it's time to leave, your choice is to use the machines inside building which I highly recommend vs paying at the gates. Nothing worse than some idiot that does not take the time to pre pay and holds us other drivers.... That's my experience at the garage! Next! read more

This is the second time that the ticket machines in the Garage did not work. This time no one could pay and no one could leave the parking garage. The phone number listed at their website was not reachable and no security was around (This was as around 11 pm on Saturday night). Eventually, someone drove through the gate. Otherwise, we probably would have spent all night. This seems to be a recurring problem and the company owning the garage is not doing anything about it. read more

Whatever you do.. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Our catalytic converter was stolen almost immediately after we parked. We were given such a run around from the cop in the open area to then the "security office" and then the "management office." They kept seeming like they wound help us saying, "Oh, go to security... go to management... oh the manager is on lunch... (we come back) he's still not here you can call him." The security office showed us their cameras and it can barely see anything. We parked right next to the elevators so we thought that would be safe because of foot traffic. They wouldn't even refund us our parking pass. Over $2000 for towing and a new catalytic converter... please don't be dumb like us and park here!!! Some employees acted like it happens all the time and others like it rarely happens but obviously they were just protecting the business. Totally ruined our first trip without kids for 2 nights. Pacific Place Parking - Parking Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Have had an issue twice with the machine not reading my ticket. I'm not sure why this happens but it's a massive hassle when you've got six cars behind you waiting to go and you're blocking them. If the pay booths are closed you're really screwed. But last time we were here the security guards were calling the cops because someone's car had been broken into and that's not the first time I've heard of this happening in this garage. I have a friend who had this happen to her last year and I've heard of other people's cars getting broke into. Not sure what security does here when this appears to happen a lot. So be very careful when parking here. We use other options now when in this area. read more

My go-to for downtown parking, especially on weekday evenings! I don't love parking downtown, but sometimes you gotta if you're eating, shopping or going to a movie at Pacific Place. The garage is conveniently close to Westlake Center, too. Weeknight parking is $7 flat rate after 5:00 pm (and Friday counts as a weeknight!). The garage is big, and we never have trouble finding a spot. It's clean and well lit, and we've never felt unsafe there or had any damage to the car. The only trick is you have to remember to bring the ticket with you, so you can pay at the automated station before you leave. But I think the pay stations actually work better than when you had to wait in long, slow lines and pay in person. A good choice for happy hours, dining or anything else you want to do downtown in the evenings! read more

Wrote this review in November 2020 on Google but forgot to put it onto Yelp. My boyfriend and I parked here last night and we were trying to leave early since it's our last day. We didn't know that the parking garage opened at 10am on Sundays when we came to get our car. It was 9:30am so we figured 30mins wasn't too long of a wait. It's 10:30 right now and still no worker. Tried calling the number listed and it went straight to voicemail. We are very frustrated and we definitely wouldn't recommend parking here. Update: My boyfriend called the number listed online and they hung up on us. The security called and said we would be able to leave around 11am. 11 comes and still no one and security was nowhere to be seen. The attendant didn't show up until 12pm. The garage at Pacific Pace is one of the best parking garages in downtown Seattle. There are five levels of parking, which each level labeled with cities that I would love to visit. Unfortunately, the garage is as pricey as the mall at Pacific. Much of the reason why I avoid Pacific for daytime parking is their rates are high. The night rates after 5 pm however are competitive. It is still a little high at $6 for 4 hours. They recently raised it from $4 for 4 hours. Still I like the garage is open until 2 am, which is good if you are in the area for the night scene. It is convenient to The Paramount Theatre, so if you are headed for a show there, this is a great place to park and avoid the $20 uncovered event parking across the street from the venue. Not to mention having a lot of parking spaces to choose from and being well lit. read more

Parking is cheap here and it's bright and pretty roomy. It's obviously convenient to super shopping and is in the heart of downtown. So why only 3 stars? I hate having to take the ticket and go pay at window before walking back to your car. I never remember to do it and end up at the car thinking...okay, which one of us needs to walk back up to pay? Most of the time, the tickets do not read in the machine so I can't pay for parking at the kiosk. I have to go to the main parking desk to pay and then quite frequently, the machines don't actually read the paid parking ticket (similar to the kiosks) so I get stuck, blocking traffic behind me because there is no way to get out once you are at the exit with a ticket that won't scan. There is a help button that has never worked, not once. And they give you a phone number to call if you need assistance, but since it is a parking garage, good luck getting a signal. Long story short, it's almost always WAY TO MUCH HASSLE to use this parking garage. If they had machines that worked, then it would be a different story. read more

Honestly this is a decent parking option in Downtown Seattle... at least on the weekends and weekday evenings. Otherwise it's pretty expensive to pay by the hour here. I do like the location - it's right in the main downtown shopping area of Seattle and walking distance to Pike's Place Market and Capitol Hill. It also gives you a little sense of security since it's in a pretty frequented garage - the last time my folks parked on the street for 2 hours near the area, our rear window was smashed and we didn't have anything visible out (our SUV has a black cover thing that goes over the trunk). We've been a little traumatized since and are wary of parking on the streets now. On Saturday it's $12 to park for the day and $6 to park on Sunday or after 5 pm on a weekday. The sign outside of the entrance is misleading since it implies that parking is always $14 for 4 hours, but that's not the case. Really wish they'd take down that sign... but do your research and check the website for current rates. Just don't forget to pay for your parking BEFORE you return to your car. You do it in the concourse - if the people aren't at the window you can always pay with the machines. Super easy and convenient. read more

This parking offers you worst customer service but the most reasonable decent parking in Seattle downtown. If you are visiting Seattle on weekends, you might find same or better deal so shop around. But if you are visiting Seattle downtown on weekdays, don't shop around and just park here. I have been using this parking every time I need to park in downtown for past 10+ years but people works at the casher are consistently have bad attitude with zero customer service mind set. They instantly made me unhappy or even upset just by going though a simple payment transaction. Now I use machines to avoid get involved with them. The machines used to be broken a lot but the new one seemed functioning fine. Maybe it time for them to get rid of all unhappy workers and have the machines to do all the job. I like this parking because spaces are decently wide. I also feel safe to leave my car overnight if I need to. I parked overnight for $15 this week, I was expected to pay $25-28 according to their published rate so it was a big surprise. Hotel's overnight parking in Seattle downtown is crazy, runs around $40-60. This parking is great alternative options for those who staying nearby hotels. I stayed at Sheraton with my out of state guests, I am so glad that I park here otherwise I would end up paying for a valet parking at Sheraton $57+gratuity. The key to keep you smiling this parking experience is to avoid interact with employees, deal with machines only. read more

Whenever I park here I try to held my breath till I get out of the parking lot. Smells like hell here. I dont know if it because the people dont care, or that the bathroom just not ones to use. pricing is OK and they usually have lots of spaces. Someone broke side window and stole my backpack. We were targeted when we put the bag in the backseat. Nothing else was stolen. Security guards did not monitor the garage and did not discover the broken glass all around the car, parked in a well lit space near elevators, for 5 hours. Guards admitted to blind spots in their cameras. Another person was in the security station when I reported it complaining that her car was stolen. Park at your own risk! read more

Who can hate this garage? It's cheap, it's centrally located, it's safe, it's well-lit and it's easy to find your car once you park it. So as someone who HATES to pay to park or to even hunt down a meter, at least Pac Place is cheaper than most other spots nearby and it's almost never full. Except for during X-mas shopping season. It's near great restaurants and bars. It's located below a mall and a movie theater. It's near tourist attractions and it's near other shopping centers like City Centre and Westlake Mall. I used to park here, but their prices have really gone up. Last time I came to AMC Pacific Place for a movie screening and my ride decided to park here rather than walk from a different garage. When the movie let out, we waited for half an hour or more to pay at the window because the self pay machines were broken. If you absolutely must park downtown, I recommend using City Centre two blocks over. It's only $5 after 5pm and $6 all day on weekends, the best deal I've found for parking downtown. read more

I park here 99% of the time I go to downtown because it is easy and convenient. It's right where you want to be plus there is always parking . It's easy to get in and out of cause you can go in on 7th and out on 6th so you don't have to deal with figuring out how to turn around on all the 1 way streets. It's cheaper than everywhere else I've seen to park in downtown! I'm not saying it's cheap but this is as cheap as anywhere else. Probably not great for long term parking but I'm usually there 1-2 hours and it costs $3. Less than the meter outside would! lol read more

MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING THE RIGHT TICKET BACK. Approximately 720 tonight, I enter the PP Parking Garage. I often park here when I'm shopping downtown. It's pricey, but my time is valuable if you know what I'm sayin. I entered in through the 6th Avenue Entrance (the one on the side facing Nordstrom) and scored a parking spot right next to the elevator on the first floor. Those of you who have parked here, know this is a score. So I was in a pretty good mood, as far as parking was concerned. I never get to press that blue button on the elevator that says "Seattle". Anyhoo, I run over to Nordstrom to return a few pair of shoes. Time stamp 7:32pm. I look into a few things and then return to the parking garage to pay. $6. We pay and roll out. As my man friend and I are descending down the elevators, he notices that the ticket we received back said we entered at 18:37. Doesn't that mean 6:37pm? Wait, we weren't here at 6:37 were we? No, we weren't. Impossible. Why? Because mama gets off work at 7pm. I mean unless there was some special daylight savings time that I missed, it was definitely after 7, even Nordstrom says so. FFWD to: getting to talk to the manager after some very rocky customer service and denial. I'm being told over and over again, this ticket is your ticket and you must've entered the garage at 6:37. "Are you effing HIGH? Homie, I couldn't have been here. I promise you, I was at work. You have video right? Watch it. You won't see me clocking in at 6:37." Additionally, the ticket stated that I entered the wrong flipping entrance. It stated the other entrance on 7th, facing the phone company. Now this may not be here nor there for you. But if I were you, I would check my damn ticket. The parking attendant and mgr kept blaming me for this mishap. I was handed back some random ticket with a longer timestamp. I want to know why these people behind the glass taking your money have random tickets. Sometimes you've got to look on the inside for the outside. I smell scam. read more

Pacific Place Parking - Check Your Ticket! - Parking Near Me - Seattle, Washington

When I'm coming downtown, to go shopping, see a movie, the sights, etc., I usually park at Pacific Place. They have some of the best rates available and its literally right in the middle of downtown, so it's not too far of a walk to your destination. Also, if you're taking bit longer, you don't have to worry about running back to your car to put more money in the meter. You pay for parking as you leave and there's a big cashier window on the 1st floor of Pacific Place or you can use one of the automated machines to pay for parking. It's a pretty big garage too, with multiple levels. After 5 PM, there is a flat rate of $6.00, which is pretty awesome and cheap! read more

The parking here is a great value, considering it costs $4/hr to park on the streets. The rates at this garage are at least on par with, if not better, than the cost of street parking nowadays. Why spend time and gas looking for parking on the streets and get soaked while walking to Pacific Place in the rain, when you can get covered underground parking right under the mall for the same price or cheaper? I usually get here after 5pm, at which time the parking becomes an even better deal! After 5pm, it only costs $6 to park the entire night! With rush hour traffic clogging up the local roads, I'm more than happy to pay this price and get out of the streets. If you stay any longer than an hour and a half, you already got a better deal than if you had fed the parking meters. May as well relax with some happy hour, good shopping, and a movie to round out the night! Check out this parking garage next time you're in downtown and stressing out about parking! read more

My friend introduced me to this garage, and I think it's the best lot in downtown! Let's back up. I believe that parking should be costly and that public transit should be encouraged (which means it should be clean, safe and reliable). However, Pacific Place Parking Garage is my guilty pleasure. If you do most of your shopping between Nordstrom and Pacific Place (and maybe dodge out to Westlake Center or Old Navy), this is the lot for you. You can dodge the charity muggers pretty effectively on most days, and stay out of the weather. The garage is clean and warm, and except during high volume times (like the holidays) usually has space available. The rates are also quite good considering where you're parking. I have only used the human cashiers a few times, and have never had a problem. I usually go for the automated kiosks to get out efficiently. This is my go-to garage for parking downtown, and probably will be for awhile. read more

For some reason, this is the only parking garage I ever go to whenever I need to park downtown. The price is reasonable especially in the evenings when its $6.00 for the night starting at 5:00pm. They close at 2:00am which gives plenty of time for just about anything you might want to do in Seattle. Hands down, the #1 place to park downtown, especially at night. Both weeknights AND weekends after 5pm, it's only $4 bucks to park for 4 hours! Only $2 additional for each hour after that. Talk about an amazing deal. Last time some friends and I went to dinner and movie and all we owed at the end of the night was $6 bucks! Pacific Place is somewhere I usually try to avoid unless I happen to be downtown already due to the high parking rates of 'downtown'. This is one garage that has been dealing with high vacancy rates and just people not wanting to shop/eat/park there. So they've run some promos to drop the prices down (which I love) because it is in a great location with connections to Pacific Place eateries or shops and then Westlake across the way for other shopping if need be. If you come after 5pm, it is only $6 maximum. Hello movies or happy hour! But if you come at 4:59, you are paying the going rate per HOUR! Ouch! I do prefer this garage for access points to both I-5 and/or 99 when you exit as well as having clean and some oversized stalls (vs. some lots which make you feel you need two spaces to keep from door dings). Make sure you pay in the lobby before you exit or else you'll be sorry when you're the one stopping people from exiting as you try to pay at the automated machine. read more

Normally a great place to park but make sure the person taking your money is actually processing your ticket correctly. We usually pay by credit card. Yesterday it was $10 so we paid in cash to the one woman working who looked like she just hated her job at the cashier area at the Concourse (inside working somewhere warm, you get to sit down the entire time, you count out even amounts, hmmm). She took our cash, returned out ticket. Being that it's December, there was quite a bit of traffic trying to exit. We put in our paid ticket like we've done many times before and the gate wouldn't open, ticket kept saying unreadable. By this time we had numerous cars behind us wanting to exit as well. We hit the intercom and not sure where the call went but the person answering, no one could understand him. Exasperated he finally said that the gate was coming up. Not sure what the person who took our money did with our money but she sure didn't process the ticket correctly. Skipping the warm human interaction next time and heading for the machines to pay. We will still park there because it is centrally located and easy to find a spot. read more

This review is for Valet Detail located on the 6 level. There's no signage anywhere in the garage or on the street. After parking my car in Belltown on a Saturday night, I came out the next morning to discover some food splattered all over the hood. It was going to be another sunny hot day, so it was best to get it off asap before my drive back down to Portlandia. Luckily I found Valet Detail and they open early on Sundays!!! I've been parking here for years. Unfortunately it looks like they changed the parking system. I tried to pay at their new kiosks and received an error message at 5 different machines and no response when I pushed the button for help. When I gave up and went to the exit gate to try and pay there, it still didn't work. When I called for help the person sho answered scolded me and told me I should have asked for help. When I told him no one was there to help he kept arguing with me and telling me there was. I don't like dealing with rude people, and made to feel like I'm lying and cheating, all while paying top dollar to park. Sad because it was so convenient. read more

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I have been parking here for many years and never had a problem until tonight. My car was broken into. Rear window smashed and huge dent in the body of my car. I understand it's park at your own risk but I didn't know they wouldn't care at all about the safety of their patrons or vehicles in their garage. They literally ignored me and didn't help me at all. They told me to just leave and file a report later with the police. My car was heavily damaged and I wasn't even feeling safe to drive it. The parking attendants laughed at me while I waited for the police. They offered no assistance or empathy even as a woman by myself. Then they actually called the police on me when I finally got fed up and yelled at them while I was waiting. I was referred to as a specifically an "african American" and they told the police I was intoxicatied (which was NOT true). They don't even take an internal report as it seems they don't keep track of crimes in their own garage and they also don't have cameras. It's not safe and they don't care about their customers. What if I would have walked up to my care while the firm was in progress??? Stay away from here. They will end up calling the police on you instead of showing any compassion or help. If I could, I would rate this 0 or less than that! This place operates like a scam. I called up their phone number to verify their overnight weekend parking rates. A guy called Gidi answered the phone and quite emphatically told me that I am welcome to come and park there and charge for parking over a 24-hr period on weekend is $10. He also mentioned that I should mention his name while paying for the ticket because their "system" doesn't always work and that they are in the process of ficxing it (whatever that means). I took him at his word and parked my car there on a Saturday night through Sunday evening. Next day Sunday, when I go to pay for my ticket at the counter, there is a guy called Sid who coolly informs me that the charge is $25. I explained everything I said above and that I had talked to Gidi etc. etc. Sid then tells me that there is no such thing and that $25 is the charge. I asked him if he knows Gidi and she says YES! I tell him to let Gidi know and he said I should call him the next time instead. All in all, this conversation went around in circles for 15 minutes until I gave up wasting my time and paid $25 and left never to return there again! Their staff basically gives out false information to lure people there and then deny it. Lesson learnt: This company is run by scammers. Do not park here. read more

I park here every once in awhile when I go out on the weekends. You'll notice that the parking concierge staff is never that friendly and seem to hate their job -the only upside is that the parking garage is relatively clean and conveniently located. I would normally rate it 3 out of 5 stars BUT, due to a recent incident I've decided to lower my rating to 1 star -FAIL . Just the other day I parked here for their early bird special, however I did not know that after 10 hours they increase the rate from $13 to a stifling $26!!! Nowhere does it say the rate will be increased by THAT much. Rate signs only indicate that the limit is 10 Hours... I tried to explain to the concierge that it was a honest mistake and that I'm a loyal patron to the lot. The lady gave me no room to explain circumstance (I was only a few minutes late), then grabs her manager who then again gives me a nasty attitude saying that the amount of time over was equivalent to driving up to Everett.. how overly exaggerated! No room for negotiation or lowering the rate at all. $13 to $26???? That's ridiculous and I'm getting more upset as I write this. I should stop. Anyhow, bottom line is that customer service sucks and I won't be returning to this lousy place. read more

Used to be a good place for motorcycles to park; a flat rate for the day and easy in and out. Got a little worse with the new parking gates that were too wide for motorcycles to bypass safely, requiring either a call to the operator or tailgating a vehicle large enough to set off their sensors in the pavement. Just went to a hourly rate for the motorcycles, so now you have to call an operator, wait for a ticket, then juggle the ticket while trying to exit -- meaning you probably can't glove up until you're past the gate. Combined with how some people drive in here and the sliiiiiick concrete on the ramp on rainy days, and you're better off parking somewhere else. read more
