Church service at 8:30AM. Every service offers communion for all. There was a baptism for a college student and a separate children's time led by the senior pastor during the sermon preached by the associate minister. Thoughtful sermon with exegetical focus using insightful historical critical approach widely accepted as academic biblical scholarship. Sermon was reasonable length. Hymns and music were printed in bulletin for ease. Enjoyed the singing. Opportunity to pray out loud for personal concerns.

Since that very first interaction I have experienced nothing but love and kindness here at The Door Church. I love the Holy Ghost filled fire preaching. I need honesty of the Word of God in my life. Pastor Wilder and his wife have poured their hearts and souls into the ministry of people; not just in my life but the ENTIRE congregation. If you're a person looking for a church that participates in religious acts of merely going through the motions, then this is not the church for you. However, if you're a person who is truly looking for a tangible relationship with Jesus Christ; and you want to understand the Word of God as it is written in the Holy Bible..
