Their cabinets are the poorest quality and when you expect to have a beautiful kitchen and the cabinets installed are scratched, damaged and of poor quality you complain and then they offer to send a repair man. These are brand new cabinets!!! They should NOT require repair but replacement since they are expected to be brand new! The cabinet door fronts and drawer fronts are of very very low quality. We should not be expected to be "stuck" with them. When they receive the complaint, they do nothing about it! Very Poor Customer Service!

After sending him a picture of the problem he responded with an estimate, which was very reasonable, and said he could do the job that day. Chris completed the job, which was much more involved than what he expected, in a couple of hours. His work was meticulous and reflective of a true craftsman, so much so that I am going to hire him to do more work in my kitchen.
