We were continuously having to contact him asking when someone would be returning to work on the house, most times with no return response. He asked for payments before they were due bc he "ran out of money". We are no left with a cracked shower that was installed damaged, walls that required a 2nd coat (which he left the paint for us to finish ourselves), all white trim that has grey on them from painting the wall after trim was installed, doors that are too big and rub the ceiling, and worst of all sub standard flooring from his father's company (BG Carpet and Flooring) that is lifted at every seam that he agreed to replace then stopped responding to our texts and answering our calls. His workers complained the whole time about him not paying them and his electrician called us looking for money as he failed to pay him as well. By far the absolute worst, unprofessional experience we have ever had. Now we have to spend even more time taking this guy to court. If you are looking for quality work, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. One wall was not flat or straight at the floor. The corner was not square. The alignment of tiles and the grout joints were not even. They cut tile on my front porch and left the area a mess which I had to clean up. Fortunately I tented off the bathroom area and protected my floors. Dust from grinding tile and jams would have filled the house. These are all basic issues for a tile installation. I requested the owner to take a look at the job and he never bothered.
