The floors came out ok, some spots had debris that dried into the clear coat . They really dropped the ball when it came to maintaining their working area. We had just had the entire interior of the house painted including the stairs and banister. The workers were sloppy, they scratched the bannister, left hand prints on the walls, nicked the kitchen cabinets, and there was dried stain/clear coat drips on the kick plates and side of the stairs. We contacted the owner who came and inspected the damage. He said that it "wasn't his stain that dripped on the stairs". Keep in mind no other stain has ever been used in the house or on the floors, we also took a video prior to the floors being done that showed no stain on the stairs. He agreed to return and fix the problem with the debris stuck in the clear coat by re-sanding and re-staining. He agreed to a date and time and never showed up. We ended up having the painter come in and fix all of the mess that they made for an additional $250 dollars. He also held onto the check we gave him for almost a month. We had to call him and ask to cash the check. Additionally, he indicated that the initial job would be completed by 8/27. The job was not completed until 8/29. Since we could not walk on the floors we had to stay in a hotel for additional nights thus incurring even more money spent. The work was ok but be wary and don't pay until you are happy with the work.

Whoever they sent or contracted didn't install properly at all. Carpet began buckling within 6 months. This wasn't a high traffic area and no kids and no shoes were in the carpet. Tried contacting several times via phone and email without response. after a year the carpet looks like it is 15 years old. finally chose to replace it all with vinyl and another company. didn't find out until we went to install it that the carpet put on our hardwood stairs were nailed into with about a hundred staples in each of the stair backs, sides and tread part. Ruining the hardwood stairs as they drove huge amounts of staples into the tread parts of all the stairs. We had NO idea they had done this at the time and they removed the original carpet so they saw how it was previously installed so they KNEW better than to damage wood flooring with hundreds of large staples! Never again! Not happy to find this was done and that when we tried to get a response with the carpet they ignored our contacting them. they never came out to see the work when it was done to check up n who they sent if they would have seen the carpet alone wasn't done right!
