I went there to buy 1700 sq of flooring, they asked for my ID saying it's been too many frauds on the floor business. I said its ok, they asked for references to whom they could call. That's absurd, I said, I'll pay everything upfront and wait for the delivery. I gave her my company debit card and she tried to verify my card, never saw that before. Than she gave me my card back cause she couldn't verify it. Let's be serious, I'm going to pay upfront, wait up to 10 days to get my product and she still afraid to be fraud ?
