We had problems and had to call repeatedly to get the system to work properly. He is slow to respond and then implies it's our problem because we don't understand how to operate the control box. It's the same as I have used for over 5 years. I know how it is suppose to work. He finally came back and installed the "wireless " we thought we were to get in the first place. He put it in so he could troubleshoot over the phone. We received an invoice for over $500.00. He will not return repeated calls or answer email questions. We intend to pay what we owe however, need answers. No communication back. It has been over a month and he has never responded. Left wondering why he will not respond to collect his money. Does he know he has not honestly invoiced us thus is willing to forfeit the $500?

The paver brick color didn't match the bricks on the mailbox areas or on my house. Also the water sparkler meter was outdated and still not working till date. I have called a couple of times with no answer and will not call me back he just absolutely refused to come back and finish the job. I will never recommend him to my neighbors, friends, or family.
