He kept an eye on the yard and let me know when it was time to start mowing. He seems a message when he's coming so your not taken by surprise which is nice. I have found him reliable and reasonable. He keeps improving, not that he was bad to start with, but it's nice to see dedication and someone who cares about the quality of his work and he has gotten to where he manages his time well. Working for yourself that can be difficult to do. He's a hard worker on time and does a good job. I find it much nicer to hire an individual rather than a big company, that way I know who is at my house. I'm pleased with his work and I think you will be too.
