They were upfront and honest about everything. I have a beagle/border collie who sheds like no tomorrow and the guy said it would take longer and cost more to guarantee all the dog hair removal. I told him not to worry about it as it would just come back and I just want all the sand out of my car. He said no problem. The attention to detail is amazing and they got pretty much all the dog hair too. Plus, not a grain of sand in sight! They also left it smelling good. All of this plus a very kind staff and a nice waiting area. I got the inside and outside done (including windows!) done for $60 and I gave a $20 tip. Well worth it! Y'all got to try it. When I spoke with the manager on duty he said he just went with what the attendants were soing because they couldn't have my alarm going off. I asked if they were licensed mechanics. He said no. I let him know they should not be doing anything but cleaning my vehicle without first getting authorization from the owner. They had another issuse with a customer before me. I'm not sure if they've changed staff or management but they should know not to try and work on someone's car at a car detailing business.

I tried calling them for 45 minutes prior to their closing to make sure they received my message and to confirm my appointment. Still did not receive an answer. No return phone call that day or the morning of the next day. I had requested my appointment for the next day at 11:15 because I had another appointment and was going to be in the area for a few hours. I had arranged for someone to pick me up since they ask you to plan for 4 hours for the detailing to be completed. Got up there and they could not take me because they had 2 others they were working on. I told them about my message and trying to call them repeatedly to no avail. No apology, nothing.
