First, the staff are all so incredibly nice. Maybe it's that Southern Hospitality but everyone is just so shockingly nice and helpful. I believe it was a nice guy named Chase that was helping me. He was so helpful and really had pride in his job. Second, they really cares about the cleanliness of the gym which is nice to see. Third, I love the amenities. I had the most exhausting few weeks and spent days sleeping in a hospital chair. Those massage beds were like heaven. And finally the price! Gyms in California are $100-$400 a month, I kid you not, and they don't have massage beds and tanning! I will gladly give up a germ infested jacuzzi and steam room for those massage chairs and to get a little color once in a while. I am now looking at the locations in Orange County so I can come back when I visit. This gym deserves 5 stars so the way

The response was to send me a copy of of the elecironically presented agreement id signed highlighting fine print that the rules were theirs and i would follow them, ignoring that their personnel claimed to be enforc enforcing Tennessee statutes ( that doesn't exist). Rather pissy overall. I asked her if her goals were to inflame my additional response and clarification of my previous statements and their customer service? Transition was good but over the past two years, the gym as went down hill fast. Cleaning is pretty much non existent. Bathroom/lockers are not maintained. Ceiling fans were removed during "Covid remodel" and were never replaced so no air circulates. Cardio equipment is terrible and not maintained or cleaned. Equipment is not wiped down unless the user puts forth the effort and many don't. I would just say, if you were thinking about joining, just take a close look. Look at machines, under the cardio equipment, conditions of bathrooms, paper towel dispensers, hand sanitization dispenser (have been empty for at least two months). Left a review on their Facebook page and it was removed so the 5 star rating would not take a hit. It's sad to see the main gym in Tullahoma in this condition.
