Each time I left my name and number. I also filled out the form on their website to request a consultation. I finally spoke to one guy who requested I take pictures of my backyard to send to him which I did. And then I never heard back again. He never called me back which is odd. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or unorganized but it should not take multiple calls over and over to get someone to come out. He got to work immediately and explained, in detail, what we needed. He walked us through how to contact our insurance company and what to expect from them. He also worked with our adjuster and answered all of his questions, as well as ours, with complete accuracy and honesty. We chose our shingles and scheduled an appointment to get the roof replaced that day. The crew arrived at exactly the scheduled time and went straight to work. One thing I noticed after they were on the roof was just how quiet they were. I never heard yelling or loud music; just scraping and nail guns. Several of my neighbors have had roofs replaced in the past year and those crews were generally loud. These guys were fantastic.
