Hollyce noticed I might need help. She gave me her card and I called her the next day. She has helped me take care of (and learn to take care of) my baby ever since. She is incredibly flexible and reliable, and there is literally no one else I trust my dog with. Prior to Covid, I was working in the field as a social worker. Sometimes I would get stuck at work for hours past when I supposed to get home. On those days, Hollyce always came through, and would pick up Pancho or hang on to him for the entire day. Literally sometimes I wouldn't be back home until 8 at night. Now that I'm mostly working from home, I still ask Hollyce to pick up pancho (because we love her) and if she notices I'm stressed, she'll just hang on to him for me and he'll get a few extra hours of attention in (probably why she has so many dogs on certain days). She is exceptional as a dog walker and trainer, and just as importantly, as a human. We love her so much, sometime we will coordinate trips to the dog park on days Pancho doesn't go with her, just so we can have the joy of playing with her and her well-trained pack. We had a troubling experience boarding our dog Zazie, with Jet Dog. After successfully working with…read moreJet Dog to take our pup on weekly walks, we were excited about the prospect of them boarding her while we were away. Unfortunately very disappointed with the experience. While being boarded, our dog Zazie was bitten by another dog. We were never informed that she would be boarded with dogs she had never met, nor were we notified when the incident occurred. In fact, we only learned about the bite two full days later, and only after a wound became visibly noticeable. When we spoke with the boarder, we were told the bite did not warrant a vet visit because the wound was "nice and red and not smelly." We had to push for veterinary care ourselves. Once seen by a vet, it was clear this assessment was wrong, as the wound required cleaning and stitches. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. The cone that was placed after the initial vet visit either came off or was not properly monitored, resulting in the stitches coming out. Zazie had to be taken back to the vet for a second procedure involving staples. That visit cost $280, and despite the injury and follow-up complications occurring entirely under Jet Dog's supervision, they refused to cover even a portion of the cost. Incidents can happen in group settings, but what matters is transparency, urgency, and accountability. Jet Dog failed on all three fronts:     *    No disclosure about unfamiliar dogs being boarded together     *    A two-day delay in notifying us about a serious bite incident     *    Downplaying the wound that required medical attention     *    Refusal to take responsibility for resulting veterinary expenses When you leave your pet with a boarding service, you are trusting them with your dog's safety and well-being. In our experience, that trust was not respected and we are sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision.

Jonathan does a good job of providing updates on the walks and is very reliable. Ollie can be quite a handful given his high energy and size but Jonathan does a good job of managing him. When we were faced with the possibility of boarding our lab for over a week at one of the big…read morenearby facilities, I was determined to find a better alternative. I wanted somewhere she could feel cozy (not stuck in a kennel for most of the day!) and get plenty of loving attention and exercise. After a few lackluster interviews with sitters I found on our town's facebook group, I got a recommendation for the Natural dog. I was immediately drawn by their pictures of their pack on hikes in hills and appreciated the quick, thorough response I got to my inquiry. We scheduled a trial night to make sure our girl would be a good fit for an extended stay (we loved that they did this check) and I could tell right away from seeing Paul interact with her that she was going to be in good hands - he is definitely a bit of a dog whisperer. While we were away, we got daily photo updates of her living her best life, exploring the trails and snuggling on the couch. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and well cared for. I never expected Danny -- he goes above and beyond. If you follow his Twitter or are already a client, you probably already know this, but he is very in tune with the dogs he manages, and he values each as one of his own. When I had an accident and needed shoulder surgery that debilitated me, Danny went above and beyond for me. He took Ori into his own home and tolerated separation anxiety behavior as I healed with nary a complaint. He also got me into my apartment when I lost my keys! Danny is the most loving, considerate and dedicated pet family member/contributor I have ever known. I say family member as, when Ori died of cancer at 11 years, Danny was one of the first people I thought to notify. They had a special relationship. I boarded my 16 year old cat at Moe's for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's last year (took a…read morewhile to get around to writing this). Moe was fairly friendly and communicative at first, but when I arrived I was not allowed inside to see the set-up where my cat would be staying. I knew she wouldn't have a lot of space, but from the one blurry picture I received during her stay, she was sleeping and eating right next to her litter box in the small cage. When I picked her up, I found out that she had lost half a pound (and she was already underweight), and had an eye and upper respiratory infection that she probably picked up from another cat there which had to be treated with medication. She also smelled bad and had to be bathed right away. I brought a cat bed with her, which was in her cage, and when I picked her up there was uncleaned vomit on the bed. I would never take my cat here again. I don't think she properly received her medication every day either but that is just my suspicion. I am disappointment in the lack of care and concern for her health and the cleanliness of her environment. That being said, it is the cheapest boarding option I could find, and my cat is old and more susceptible to infections. A younger cat would probably be fine boarding here for a weekend maybe, but I wouldn't do any longer than that.
