The vet couldn't believe it and said he had over 24 bites in all shapes and sizes. The owner, Denise, is lying and saying it was only one dog. The dog has already had surgery and will need plenty more. It can't even move! Denise Degon(the owner) is refusing to give her insurance information, the names of the other dogs and to help pay for medical bills. Other people have said their dog got loose and ended up on the main road! A stranger found their dog and brought it to the vet. Someone else said their dog got kennel cough when they were there, smelt like urine and was always left alone. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Your pets will not be safe

We were also told that the grooming would be recorded so that we could watch the session if anything weird happens. When we picked up our dogs, it became clear that the boy's grooming was incomplete. He had little knots on his head and a large knot on his tail, as well as a new bald spot on his chest. When we spoke to the groomer about it, she said that he was difficult and wouldn't sit still so that she couldn't complete it, and she said that the bald spot was a cowlick. This didn't *seem* right, because he gets groomed 4 times a year and in the previous place they never had any issues with him at all, and we pet his chest all the time and would've noticed a bald cowlick spot before. She was also not told that the girl was supposed to get a pretend grooming session at all, so that never happened. Since the boy has never been an issue before, we wanted to see the video that we were told we could see if we requested it (we wanted to know what might've set him off), but then we were told that we couldn't because the video system has been down for weeks. The manager I spoke with didn't care and just told me that the groomers rent out the rooms so they aren't responsible for what they do. We contacted the owner but she hasn't responded and instead blocked us on the company Facebook page. Best case, this place has terrible communication amongst the staff and the groomer, poor customer service, and a broken video system. I wouldn't trust my dogs there.

Donna has a wealth of knowledge, education and experience with cats and their sensitivities...and demonstrates her interest in maintaining your pet's wellbeing while you're away by the questions she asks, meets with your pet, wants to know all about her daily routine to provide the best service she can to make you and your pet happy. Initially, she asked for a Meet & Greet which she spent over an hour getting to know your cat, getting a copy of her rabies paperwork, had a packet of paperwork for me to complete with excellent questions and what to do and where to go for an emergency situation. I had Donna come to my home twice a day several times while I was out of town and she will come to your home as many times a day as your situation may require, not just to feed and clean a litter box, but to play, pat, brush and soothe your pet. I can't say enough! Donna is the best! Donna doesn't just feed the cat and leave (like my family members would do), she spent time with my baby and gave her affection while I was away, which is so important. One of my favorite things to do when I get home from being out of town is to read Donna's daily log/report. I got a kick out of some of the things my cat was doing while I was away and was very happy to read what Donna did while she was there. I really loved Donna's professionalism. Donna is very reliable and trustworthy too. Donna is also bonded, licensed, able to perform pet CPR among other credentials. I had no hesitation to schedule with Donna after the first time knowing that my baby will enjoy her visit in my absence and it's a huge stress reliever. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my kitty would be well cared for. Donna always emails me a day or two before I leave for my trip to confirm when she will be coming. It had been a while since our four-year-old dachshund had been there for daycare, and I wanted to see how she would react. No worries there. She was thrilled to be back and obviously remembered it. The unpleasant part? The young woman at the desk was curt and uninformative. She reluctantly answered questions. Said she did not know how many pups were in the small dog room. Finally, without a smile, she did say coldly she'd put us on the list. Cheesch!" I would also add they are very hard to reach by phone during the day.
