They helped me feel in good care, as they told me they could work with my level of notice and familiarity with them. Then, the person answering my call helped me learn a bit about the local options that are nearby, even if I don't recall if any matched our needs. I am still grateful for the fact they took the time to do more than answer a question, they reached out to help me as a pet caretaker/pet parent. When we first started boarding our dog here, we loved it! The staff was friendly and the place looked clean. On our last stay though, my dog got kennel cough from here. I called 3 times asking to speak with a manager to let them know what happened. The woman that I did speak to (who was not a manager) questioned me instead of just apologizing. She took down my info to give to the manager, but I still have not heard back.... So either the staff is hiding my messages or the managers there have a blatant disregard for other animals safety. We will not be coming back here again. My dog is my child. He has all of his vaccines, and is playful and happy. Having to take him to a vet to get medicine because he is suffering is not what I signed up for. Any parents who do choose to board here in the future, please note there is a confirmed case of kennel cough that came from this facility. read more

This place is absolutely the best. The staff here is so engaged and it's apparent how much they all LOVE dogs (and cats)! There have been some amazing changes since we first started coming for daycare and the whole staff goes above and beyond to take exceptional care of all the dogs in their facility as well as to make the experience special with events and fun activities. Our pup also boards there as needed and I have always felt like he was in the best care, which makes leaving him so much easier. I will not be returning here with my dog. I was super happy they fit him in on short notice, but when I arrived there with him- all of the staff was sitting on their cellphones at the front desk, and the dogs were all left alone (you can see through the big window in the waiting room). The staff seemed annoyed to our intake, which okay- I called on short notice, but if they didn't have space for him, they could have said so. When I handed over the leash to my min pin chi, who was clearly anxious about being there, the staff person pulled him into the other room to the point where he was gasping. He's a 9lb dog, that wasn't necessary! I had stated, I had no problem bringing him back, and they just walked off. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was told he didn't play with the other dogs- which is total and utter bullshit. My dog LOVES to play, he's an energetic puppy. I had rolled with this news from them, as I thought maybe he was anxious, however after bringing him to a different daycare where I was told he played with everyone from the get go- I have to say, what the hell did The Pet Hotel do to my dog that made him feel so uneasy if he truly didn't play... or they lied.. or, even worse- they just kenneled him, as I was told he spent a lot of time alone. If I wanted him to sit in a kennel all day, he would have stayed home. read more

I boarded my dogs for the first time ever and was incredibly pleased with our experience at Pet Hotel Hadley!! Our dogs were so well cared for and loved by staff members. It was very noticeable that they had an amazing time when we picked them up! The staff is friendly, helpful, and it's clear that they genuinely love pets! I love pet hotel! This is our go to place for our 2 dogs, and the staff at pet hotel make us feel at home! Over the past 2 years they've gotten to know our dogs well & are genuinely excited to see them come through the door for daycare. The staff is wonderful- both front of house and back of house. We regularly get reports on how they did during the day and "who" they played with (which is adorable). I love that you can see into the play rooms when you drop off and pick up. There's another place on rte 9 that you can't see anything (it's terrible, don't go there). Their pricing is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. Their daycare and boarding rates are pretty high. The aforementioned place on route 9 has much lower prices, but obviously you get what you pay for. Their prices on nail trims are reasonable though! I think we're customers for life, regardless of pricing. I love how personal they are with my fur children ;-) read more

I wish I could give them negative stars. I went in here for a tour a few months ago, and it was the grossest place I've ever seen. A dry mop sat in the corner, and an employee used that to spread pee all across the floor. There was no mop bucket anywhere that I could see. I watched the same employee toss a small Chihuahua over the fence as well, which could have easily resulted in injury. When walking through the kennel area, many dogs were locked up, covered in urine and feces, and clearly upset with where they were. I quickly left, and found a different daycare/boarding facility in the area. Attached to this is a vet clinic, who immediately informed me that multiple dogs who have boarded in this facility have passed away due to illnesses they have contracted. I can't express how awful this facility made me feel. I tell everyone I know to stay as far away from it as they can. read more

We just picked up our two dogs from the Pet Hotel. This was our first time ever boarding our dogs, and I was so nervous. Dominic and Samantha were absolutely wonderful! The hotel was beautiful. Our dogs were relaxed, happy and smelled wonderful when we picked them up. Our one dog was always anxious when around other dogs. I can't tell you how great it felt to walk in and see our dogs playing with other dogs! This was an amazing experience for our fur babies! We are so beyond happy we booked again for next weekend! She pulled me in the office to say how she has busted her butt for three and a half years and doesn't appreciate my Yelp comment. How unprofessional!! I love this place! They took such good care of our dog Monty when we were in town for two weeks - and he absolutely loved going there! For one thing, they were able to give me details at the end of the day about how he behaved and which dogs he interacted with, which made it seem that they had really been paying attention. The space is also nice and I like that they give them a little nap time during the day, which my puppy needs. Yet our dog still came home nice and tired out. They were also very easy to schedule with and were very accommodating of the changes in my schedule. The best part is that when I would walk our pup to their door he would just be beside himself with excitement, jumping on the door to get in, and would rush to great the staff, all of whom were great. I plan to bring our dog here each time we're in town. read more

I'm adding an addendum to my previous review. As folks can see, Jessie (the owner?) posted an apologetic comment. I appreciate her offer and I may consider it at some point in the future. I couldn't help noticing that Jessie posted one comment, which mentioned calling and emailing me twice to notify me that I was missing shot records. And then edited the comment to remove that claim. (My Gmail account told me that I had received two comments to my Yelp review. I read them both and the first was different from the second.) I was never contacted with anything other then an email and 2 phone confirmations that everything was set for my reservation. I am sure that the business is a great place for dogs. But the organization, customer service, and systems definitely need improvement. Also, updating the website to accurately reflect what is available seems to be necessary. This review will have a few sections. First is that of my original visit, second is upon check in, and third is what I will call "the aftermath" of the boarding. Original Visit: This part of the experience I give 5 stars. I had an excellent meeting with the owner who showed us the facility as well as answering all of our questions. She gave us detailed information on all of the room types and helped us pick the best package for our dog, who would be staying at the hotel for 2 nights. We have had bad luck with other area kennels, mostly due to the animals being required to relieve themselves on concrete. Our dog being trained to not "go" inside has issues with this method, The owner assured us that the bathroom area was covered in pheromones which made it ideal for dogs to find their perfect spot. With all of this information we were elated to have found such a great place so close! Check In: This is where things start to fall apart. I dropped our dog off in the morning where the person working the front desk did not have a record of our dog checking in that day, and instead had check in on the date that we were supposed to return. In addition she did not have any of the notes that we had given over the phone and had sent in with the reservation in regards to our dogs complications with "going" inside. With no apology she was able to get us in and proceeded to check in my dog and confirmed my contact information and our notes on the forms in case of any problems. The Aftermath: Upon arrival to pick up our dog she was in the play area and seemed to be sitting her usual manner as if to ask to "go out", however I brushed it off as her just taking a break from all of the other dogs around. She was of course very happy to see us! We asked the woman who got our dog about how she was during her stay and if there where any complications, specifically about "going" in the unusual environment. Her very limited response was simply that "she was good" we had to probe for any shred of detail about her stay and even then the responses where very limited. Now there are a lot of dogs there so I imagine that it is difficult to keep track of everything, however some form of notes page or even a doggy report card on how she did in various environments would have been helpful. We took the dog right to Dave's Pet City for a bath and while crossing the road she began to poop! She didn't even squat, just started going. Seeing this very unusual event I pulled her over to a nearby mulched area to let her finish. I have honestly never seen my dog behave this way and upon collecting her "stuff" there was so much that it was clear to me that she had at the very least not relieved herself that day, and possibly even the day prior! this would have been important information to give the owner upon picking up the dog. How was this not documented? how was this considered normal behavior in their eyes? After a little over a week back from the hotel our dog now has the symptoms of kennel cough which she is being treated for. Yes, my dog was vaccinated weeks prior to drop off, and yes I understand that vaccination is not 100% effective in warding off bordetella. At any rate it is disappointing that after such high hopes I am now dealing with a sick dog and the potential that I will need to search again for a good place to board her when needed. EDIT: Changed to a 1 star rating after spending almost the entire night awake with my dog who now has full on kennel cough. Again, I am fully aware that there is no exact way to guard against this disease but I am just extremely frustrated at this entire ordeal and had never imagined that this would be the outcome... I am not saying that this will be everyone's experience as we had heard nothing but good things for this hotel. However the lack of attention to detail and minimal interest in our pet makes me question the overall quality. Truly a shame that I hope can be remedied with further time and revisions to their policies. read more

I was excited that not only does the Pet Hotel Hadley groom cats but their prices are extremely reasonable, so I took a friend's longhaired puffball of a Scottish Fold in for some badly-needed grooming. The Pet Hotel Hadley was so accommodating and so thorough - I could not believe that Maggie got a thorough bath, brushing, de-matting, facial (yes, a facial - her face smelled of blueberries after), nail trim, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing, all for $79. Amazing. She was gorgeous when she was done, and her owners were extremely happy - so much so that we now have standing appointments for Maggie to get a regular bath once a month and the spa treatment every 8 weeks. The staff are SO friendly. I cannot wait to bring my own cat, Marvin, in for the same treatment. If you have a longhair cat, or a cat that is in need of a scrub-down, this is THE place to go. You'd be supporting a local business and getting the most bang for your buck, and your cats will be so soft and fluffy that you won't even mind how much they resent you for having them groomed. :) Thanks, Pet Hotel Hadley! Hands down this is the Best Place to Board your dog, (anywhere) in the Area. My dog Ellie, is a rescue dog who doesn't do well in the traditional places and at The Pet Hotel, she comes home happy, secure and well taken care of. I love that the dogs have the opportunity to play and socialize for a majority of the time and that rather than being locked in kennels and left with no staff overnight, they are arranged to sleep in such a way that they can always see their new "Friends" and be reassured of a warm caretaker, no matter what time of day or night. The staff clearly, are chosen because they Love the Animals they care for! They are friendly, highly accommodating and wonderful to work with. I can't thank them enough for how well they care for my Sweet Ellie, when I need to be away for a day or two. 10 STARS! read more

I boarded 2 of my dogs at Pet Hotel Hadley for a week. I am very familiar with different pet boarding/daycare facilities and must say I am very impressed with Pet Hotel Hadley. We first went in for a tour on a Saturday evening and were greeted by Lori. Lori took us on a tour of the facility and answered every question we had. She really took the time to make sure we had all of the information we needed. She has a vast knowledge of different dog breeds and knew the personality of our dogs just by us telling her what breeds we had. We didn't hesitate to book for the week of our vacation, which meant we decided to not return to our previous boarding facility. (As a side comment: I love our previous boarding facility but feel as thought Pet Hotel Hadley is of better quality and offers better services.) I love the fact that Pet Hotel Hadley has staff on site around the clock so the pets are never left alone. I also really like that daycare is included in the price of boarding. This was especially appreciated because one of the 2 dogs I boarded for the week is a puppy and she has a lot of energy to burn. The suites are well maintained and they have so many different options and different price points. You get so much for your money here, unlike other places that nickel and dime you with an "a-la carte" menu. Having a 24 hour facility is incredibly convenient for drop-off and pick-up, too. Pet Hotel Hadley is a great facility that offers quality and peace of mind. I won't hesitate to return when I travel again. The staff here are great and they do everything they can to make sure everyone on 2 and 4 legs is happy. read more

We were driving down to New Hampshire and needed a place to leave our dog so we called the Pet Hotel Hadley and they said they had room.So 2 hours Lester we're at the kennel and we're signing papers getting things in check and our dog who is a micro mini golden named chippy is shaking because he hates it when we leave him so we say our goodbyes and then leave.2 days later we come back to pick chippy up and the place reeks of poop,pee,shampoo,and dog smell so we pick up our dog and head home. The next day we notice chippy is more skinny and wasn't eating his food so we take him to the vet and it turns out he had a parasitic parasite and we were so upset also did I add that this place said they have a yard when it's just a small indoor plastic pen also they make the dogs poop inside which messes with our dog!.it took him 3 days to stop pooping in the house anyways just NEVER BRING YOUR PET HERE!. read more

Despite clear written directions and directions on file from previous stays, the Pet Hotel somehow neglected to feed my fragile elderly cat adequately. They fed him just HALF his daily food ration. I only became aware of this when I noticed extra food in the bag I'd packed with my cat's medications and food. When I inquired, the staff person checked the feeding / medication schedule and said "Nope, 1 pouch of food per day". What?! I showed her the clear directions I'd written on the bag, and I explained that the feeding and meds directions had not changed, (which I had also verified with the check-in person) so the directions they had on file also clearly instructed them to feed 2x/day. Her response was a blank stare and then "Well at least there are only a few containers of food left." What?! Right - three containers of food, which was HALF the total food I brought for his weekend stay. She handed me the feeding / medication log sheet where staff people are meant to initial what food or medication they have administered. When I looked at it I was shocked to discover just ONE set of initials, beside a feeding dated for the first night of my cat's stay. No medication or feedings were initialed for the remaining 3 days of his stay. I know he didn't receive all his food, but I have no idea if he received all or any of his medication. I have received no apologies, no reply to my email, no phone call. Thank goodness it was only a three day stay. Never again! read more

We have always had great experiences at the Pet Hotel. Our dog had been going there a few times a year, sometimes for up to two weeks, since 2015. We brought our cats here for about a year to be groomed and it was totally fine. Then the groomer cut a little chunk out of one cats ear - as in, there is an entire triangle piece missing from her ear tip now. When we came to pick her up the groomer showed us (the cat still had blood in her fur) and acted like it was absolutely no big deal. She was proactively insistent it was no big deal to the point that it was extremely off-putting. She did not seem bothered that we were upset. We just wanted to get our animals out of there so we just left. We will absolutely not return. read more

I don't know where to begin with this place. The groomer cut one of my dogs and blamed it on me??? The facility is clean, the staff are lazy but friendly. You have to summon them in a raised voice or you will wait while they talk on their cellphones. All of this I can deal with; however what happened next was awful. We just moved here from Connecticut and had another truckload to go get. Taking the dogs would have stressed them out, particularly my older one with a heart condition. Given this I decided to spend the money to have them stay there for the day. Not even overnight. We pick up the dogs and everything seems fine and the next day they both start sneezing 2 days later they're coughing and then wheezing. To make a long story short they are both ill with an upper respiratory virus and had to get a shot of steroids and antibiotics. Next time we board with our vet. Extremely poor attitude and unfriendly atmosphere. I had scheduled my dog to stay there for two nights in the standard $39 room. I was told they offer military/veterans discount of 10% but we must bring an I.D. My boyfriend went all the way there to prepay and show his Veterans I.D and she informed him he has to be active military... well that's great, that is not what she had told me on the phone. She then proceeded to tell him the total was $101 and that I had reserved the suite for the dog. I had never asked for the suite for the dog. Unethical and rude and I cancelled the reservation for our dog. Upon trying to talk out this matter, the lady began to give attitude and was extremely rude. If she is rude to us as people I can only imagine how she handles the animals barking all day. Yikes! read more

I was visiting from out of town and called a few places and didn't like one thing or another about the other place's practices (i.e. not letting the dogs play with each other, not having a staff member on duty 24/7). I call Pet Hotel and I spoke to the owner. She was kind, answered ALL of my questions patiently, and offered a tour. Even coming in minutes before closing (bad on my part) she was still enthusiastic, talked about her facility with passion, and was very patient. The place is spotless, well orginized, and safe. The rooms for the dogs are VERY spacious and there are several options. My mastiff could fit comfortably with room to stretch and pace in their smallest option. They have add-ons like one-on-one time with staff, stuffed kong treats, and bathing. They will also cater to specific food requests (my baby needs 3 feeding times as well as down time after each meal). They get to play with other dogs that are in daycare and boarding which leaves them happily exaused. Overall I felt that my dog was safe, cared for, and was in capable hands. I will definitely recommend this place for both boarding and daycare. The prices are very fair and comparable to high-end daycare and boarding. Other kennels will charge you the same amount for a dingy, cold, careless, and understaffed (if it's even staffed) place for you dog. Don't pay the same amount for a mediocre facility that doesn't care about your baby! read more

I was really excited when I found out there was a local boarding facility that had a broader range of hours for pick up and drop off. By the way, broader ended up meaning any time as long as you set up any unusual hours in advance. As I leave for work very early, this had been a problem for me in the past. I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and courteous. I set up a reservation, by phone,gave them my vet's contact info and other information. It ended up that my dog's bordetella vaccine was out of date. The staff contacted me immediately so that I could fix this in time for dropping my dog off. My vet was kind enough to make immediate room for me so that she could get her vaccine early enough that she could still board. When I called a week later to confirm, everything was all set and they were able to accommodate my early departure on a Saturday. When I arrived, the transfer was easy even though my dog was very nervous. When I returned to pick her up, the staff related her experience to me. She was glad to see me, but was clearly happy and not traumatized in any way. This was a relief since she is kind of high strung. I am so grateful that we have this service in the Pioneer Valley. read more

So impressed!! I used Pet Hotel Hadley to watch my dog for two nights while I got married just this past weekend. Overall, I was beyond impressed, but a few specifics come to mind: 1) All of their forms, processes, faq, etc. are online. I was able to have everything filled out prior to arrival! 2) I ended up needing to take my little guy in a day early, and was a bit nervous that they would not be able to take him with such late notice. However, they responded to me very quickly and were 100% willing to adjust for my schedule. Very impressed! 3) Got a Report Card telling me how he did! That is just such a nice touch, and makes a puppy parent feel so much better about leaving them there for a day or so... 4) He came home smelling wonderful! They gave him a bath and nail trim, and even added an adorable bandana...such a nice surprise! 5) They have staff around 24 hours. This is a huge thing for me, as I like knowing that someone is always there in case something happens. 6) My baby came home tired as can be...I know that PHH was not keeping him locked up in a room all day! I was considering boarding my elderly pug while we went away on vacation at the Pet Hotel in Hadley. Rocky had never been boarded before and he is very hearing and vision impaired so we were obviously very concerned with how he would be treated. I contacted the Pet Hotel in Hadley via email and asked several questions. I asked if I could come tour the facility and ask the staff about their practices. On Wednesday I was told that anytime after 3:00 on Thursday would be good. I informed that that I would be there with Rocky to see their facility right at 3:00pm. They told me that Rocky would need to be up to date with his vaccines (including kennel cough) if he wanted to go out back. I then contacted my vet and got Rocky in right away because I thought it was important to have him see the place himself. Rocky, my son & I show up at 3:00 on Thursday and are greeted by the person at the front desk. I tell her that we had made an appointment for a tour. She said that we could go out back but Rocky would have to stay out front unless I had proof of his vaccination records. I happily handed her the records from the Vet. She turned, opened the door to the back, and then came out and said that they "don't do tours". What? I told her I had made an appointment for today, at this time, just yesterday. She said "Sorry...we don't do tours." So...I exposed my elderly dog to vaccines that I might have chosen not to do. I took 1/2 day vacation time from my work. I drove all the way to the location on the date and time agreed upon and get told no tours. So here is what I saw in the few moments I was there: The front entrance is very quiet. Its seems nice. However when the receptionist just cracked the glass door to go out back the barking was unbelievable. Many, many dogs barking. It was incredibly loud. It seemed totally chaotic. It appears that they have sound proofed the area the dogs are kept in quite well. Why? I don't know. You are best to decide that. Everything is inside there. The dogs are housed inside all day. Make your own decisions but what I saw in my few minutes there is not at all like what their website described. Rocky will NOT be staying there, and I would caution all those who really love their dogs to consider an alternative. read more

This Pet Hotel baffles me. The facility is beautiful. The staff are very friendly. But I would only recommend this pet hotel if you have a pet WITHOUT special needs. I have 2 dogs whom I recently boarded there for 10 days. Due to knee/shoulder injuries the vet asked that they be on "bed rest" while being boarded. The Pet Hotel assured me they could handle that. The "report card" I received upon checkout stated that both of my dogs just loved playtime (even listed their favorite playmate in the group sessions). Really?? I specifically asked that they NOT be included in group play. One of my dogs has to be on a specific diet. I sent their food, with instructions, and their treats, with instructions. I even made a sign for their kennel reminding the staff to keep them quiet and not to feed them any fatty snacks. I picked up my dogs on a Sunday and was at my vet on Monday. My rat terrier had pancreatitis. Really??? His blood levels were very elevated. He wouldn't eat, was dehydrated and had lost 2 pounds in 10 days. The vet gave him fluids, meds, and special food. How could this happen if he had been given his regular food and treats. Clearly they were not careful enough. My $450 vet bill proves that. A grand welcome home from vacation. read more

I made a grooming appointment (or so I thought) here last week. I spent a good ten minutes on the phone with someone giving them my details, as well as my dog's details, and confirmed the day/time of my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the place was chaotic. There was no one at the front desk and at least 3 other people with their dogs lined up waiting. Then, the GROOMER, came to the front desk to help people out because no one was around. The general disorganization and lack of service would have been bad enough, except the groomer left a dog, tied up, on the grooming table to do this! yikes, not safe. Already I was having my doubts after seeing that. Then when I finally got to the front desk they couldn't find me or my dog in their appointment system at all. I don't know what is going on there with management, but my single experience was enough that I will never go back. read more

We chose The Pet Hotel because we thought they would provide our dog with a true doggy vacation, with lots of knowledgeable supervision for our piece of mind. Wow, were we mistaken!! They literally could not even deal with a broken toenail. At pickup after Beowulf's 8 -day stay, we were told that early on, staff had traced a "bloody mess" on the play floor to his hind foot nail. He'd limped the rest of the day, then acted fine. Neither floor staff nor his groomer could tell us which toenail. Next day, Beo happened to have a vet appointment, so we mentioned the nail. Immediately, the vet found it: very swollen, very infected, shards of splintered nail still imbedded, lots of pus. He needed a numbing injection for pulling all the nail, 2 weeks of antibiotics, and he needed 2 follow-up appointments to have the foot checked and re-bandaged. The vet said luckily the infection had not progressed further into bone, nor turned to blood poisoning. When would The Pet Hotel have noticed? Who knows, given their unprofessional lackadaisical reliance on Beo's behavior to gauge his health status? Any competent animal professional knows dogs (and other species) hide their vulnerabilities incredibly well: any bloody wound requires active monitoring and follow-up. I called The Pet Hotel. A manager assured me that she or the owner would get back after speaking to the "back of the house..." We confirmed multiple contact options. It's been weeks and I have yet to hear from them. I've been reading a lot of the negative comments and it made me want to post about my extremely positive experience with PHH. Individuals seem to get upset that someone does not answer the phone the moment you call, and that's usually because the staff are with the animals! I'd rather have a staff member tending to my animal than answering the phone. I usually get a phone call back within 30 minutes and usually it's just them saying "we got your call and your request, and your dog is all set." I would and do recommend PHH to all of my friends in the area. They make sure all their dogs are vaccinated and have the kennel cough vaccine, they have lofted beds in the kennel areas, they have toys and treats but also let you bring your own toys/treats/bedding, they have lots of open windows where you can see the animals, the animals always look happy and not stressed; these are all things that you expect to see in a quality kennel. All kennels and businesses will have their flaws, but if the biggest flaw with PHH is that they don't answer the phone, I can live with that. As a single person with a dog and with working odd hours and attempting to still have a social life, what I love most about PHH is their flexibility. I can pick my dog up at 9 or 10p after dropping him off at 8a for daycare, and it's never a problem. If I'm running late, I usually call to let them know and they always take it in stride. I can call the night before and they always take my dog for daycare or overnight boarding. I can even call the morning of to cancel, and they never give me a hard time. My dog always leaves happy and tired, which always makes me happy because I'm usually exhausted! Whenever I drop him off, the staff is always excited to see him and everyone knows his name. To me this demonstrates their affection for the animals who are in their care. My dog goes routinely for daycare and when he's been out for a couple weeks, staff members often say "we were so worried he wasn't coming back, we love having him here!" They also get really excited to hear that he'll be returning on a day when they're working, because they care that much about the animals. My dog's favorite game is fetch and I always hear all about how they played fetch with him for hours. My dog also has a digestive issue and will sometimes pass on eating his dinner (a behavior he demonstrates at home as well), and they always tell me if he did not finish his food or if he didn't eat it all. I know that they go through great length's to give him opportunities to eat his food which is something that I value from the staff. Oliver and I both love PHH. When I say "Oli, want to go to daycare?" He gives me a big ol' head tilt, his ears perk up, and he jolts to the door in a whole body wiggle. He sprints down the stairs, jumps in my car, and once we get to PHH, he just about breaks down the door to get inside to play with all his friends. This is behavior I'd expect to see from a dog who is EXCITED and HAPPY to be somewhere. Whenever I go to pick him up, he's usually with a staff member playing. In summary, this is a wonderful place for dogs to go and I feel confident giving them a strong and positive rating. read more
