My poutine was $6.95, only a buck more than the small. This truck is in a lot. Not a lot of places to sit but more of a to-go spot. Friendly service. Will be back but not on a Sunday where apparently it gets very busy and easily they serve 400 people on that day!!!

The texture was the same throughout and I might even venture to say that the fries are actually far below average. I got the Cajun fries so I might want to try the regular ones before I write of their fries forever. Service was great - very quick and everyone was really nice. There is one thing that will bring me back here- it's the peanuts! These peanuts that are given away for FREE in an all-you-can-eat format were actually some of the best peanuts I've had! Next time I come, I am going to see if they have onion rings. For a place that specializes in just two things, they got to get their fries right.

Yes, I drove over there. I was craving it badly. The parking lot has a number of concrete islands in the parking lot. I felt like I was driving through an obstacle course. Anyway, I parked and walked in. The woman there was patient with me. I had to ask her whether the double roast beef sandwich was the former medium roast beef one. She said yes. Arby's has recently rebranded their roast beef sizes. It was like a test to see if I was observant. I ordered a couple of double roast beef sandwiches and a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie to go. I paid using a credit card. My order was ready in no time. I was impressed. I drove back to the hotel to relax in air conditioning. I chowed down. The roast beef sandwich was yummy. The bun was soft. Pure perfection! The salted caramel chocolate chip cookie is a winner. If you like a combination of sweet and salty, this cookie is up your alley. The cookie is also huge, which I appreciated. Ottawa, you are lucky that you have an Arby's, although in Kanata. The food is always great tasting and boasted that there is no hormones or antibiotics added to the food. Personally I prefer going to the Barrhaven location as this location's service is rather slow. Also, typically the food is served with real plates and cutlery, as well as your drink is served in a frosted mug (A&W's signature way instead of using ice). This location rarely does this and usually serves your food on paper plates with paper cups.
