Yes they were friendly & professional, until I started declining unnecessary service and disputing quoted costs. unless you are getting BASIC work done like tires, oil changes or battery replacement, DO NOT go to the Randleman, NC location. I won't speak for the whole franchise but this location is why mechanics & garages have a bad reputation. I for one will not use them again.
