I've had my car serviced at many places over the years -- including the dealerships-- and I've…read moreoften walked out feeling pressured into services I didn't plan for. Last year I went in for a simple oil change and ended up with a year-long payment plan for 'required' items. Tires were pushed aside for other things they said were more urgent, and the whole experience felt like a sales pitch, not a service. Oak Hollow has been the complete opposite every single time. I've come here before for inspections, and they've always treated me with respect and clarity. This time, they passed my inspection but also took photos of my tires and explained what would likely come up next year. They printed three tire options without me asking and talked me through each one. What really stood out is that they recommended the lowest price option -- not because it was cheap, but because it made sense for my driving habits and the fact that my car has only reached about 40,000 miles in seven years. They didn't assume anything about me, didn't pressure me, and didn't try to upsell. There's a reason I'm willing to make an appointment and come back the next day, even though other inspection places are closer. Oak Hollow treats people right, and they've earned my loyalty.

Avoid this place like the plague. I have been bringing vehicles here for decades. It used to be…read moregood. The service here is horrendous now. I brought my dad's car in for an inspection a couple of months ago. I was told it needed a new headlamp. No problem. I was then told it would be $400 dollars because they had to remove the whole front end. I declined, took the vehicle home and replaced the head lamp in 7 minutes. I figured I'd give them another shot. I took my aunt's car for an inspection today (I'm actually sitting in the waiting room typing this). I had a 1 o'clock appointment. It's now 2:30 and the car hadn't been brought into the shop yet. I finally went to the desk to cancel the service and magically they were able to take it right back. Why bother having appointments at all if you aren't going to even remotely abide by them? I will be taking all my cars elsewhere from now on. It's a shame whatever happened to this once good business.

Then you decide if this is the business you want to trust to look after your best interests in taking care of your vehicle. My boyfriend, Adam took his 2007 BMI for repairs. On 2-18-25, he was given a quote of $1628.31 for complete costs of repairs. This was steep, given he had only purchased the vehicle for $3000. However, he trusted the quote for repairs from Adam Total Car Care LLC. He approved the repairs, and satisfied the bill on 2-21-25. Fully expecting to have a functional vehicle atter paying. The day, my boyfriend Adam paid the bill. He picked up the car, and realized it was not functional. Adam Total Car Care LLC, reevaluated the vehicle, and advised there were further damages to the car that had not previously been discovered. The additional costs of repair? $1260.86 (included in the attached). I spoke to the manager, Nicole, who claimed to have done my boyfriend a "favor" by "reducing" the original bill from $4000, to $1628.31. Which was a completely inaccurate. She had given him a 10% discount. I told Nicole, had we known the repair costs would have been $2900 vs $1628, we would have never agreed to any repairs. And, would have salvaged the vehicle for parts. Nicole seemed indifferent just claiming, "I understand your frustration". Furthermore, O'Riley sells the part they're trying to sell for $807 for $396, in addition to them hundreds of dollars charging for labor for failure on their parts. We are now having to go speak to an attorney for options. Now, after reading this review and seeing the attached documents...is this where you want to take your vehicle for "care"? My boyfriend has now spent $1628.31 for a car that is not functional, while Adam Total Car Care is trying to continue to mark up costs for parts and charge labor for their failure of inaccurately disclosing total damage costs. All so that they can continue to make profits, at costs absorbed to my boyfriend. As I mentioned, if you do not wish to go through a similar experience! Run!!!

I just wanted a quote and was treated very rudely.Ill gladly take my money elsewhere.read more

I've been 20, dirty, tired but I was not going to have some lackadaisical guy walk up to me: "Okay, drive up third garage door." ... All I saw was a bunch of guys shuffling their feet, a bunch of back-and-forth banter that wasn't businesslike, one raggedy young lady that I wouldn't trust to change my oil. I drove off.

I went back and asked them to check it, assuming something must have been done incorrectly. That's when they casually told me I have an oil leak? and then admitted they "forgot" to mention it during my original visit?? Forgetting to tell a customer their car has an oil leak after servicing it is not a small oversight. That's critical information that directly affects the safety and longevity of the vehicle. Had I been informed at the time of service, I could have addressed it immediately instead of driving around unknowingly and risking serious engine damage. What made the situation worse was their attitude. They rushed me out, were dismissive, and spoke in a condescending tone instead of taking accountability. There was no apology, no effort to explain, and no attempt to help, just "take it to a shop, we can't help you." Extremely unprofessional, careless, and disappointing customer service. I would not trust them with my vehicle again.
