Can't say enough nice things about this dealership! Rented a bike from Lou-he went above and beyond any expectations I had. He made sure I rented a bike that fit me. Did a superb job answering all the questions. Very customer friendly-felt like family! will be coming back! Didn't have to mortgage the house for a T-shirt either! Buyers beware! I purchased a used motorcycle from Harves in November of 2012. Paid a decent amount of money for the bike. Long story short I have under 1,000 on it since I purchased it and under a year, I'm now just over $2,000 for repairs. Harves told me sorry our warrant is only 30 days, they refuse to do anything. Good luck if you purchase a bike before winter. Never doing business with them again! read more

I bought my 2012 Electric Glide Classis at the end of 2012. I traded in my 2001 Ultra with 73000 on it. It needed a costly repair and it wasn't worth it to fix it. Kim gave me a good trade in value on it toward the 2012 plus a $500 credit to spend on accessories. She hooked me up with Drew my salesman. I was very pleased with his knowledge and his professionalism. He did a great job for me. I do all my service with them and they always know me when I come in.
