He was diligent about contacting me with the diagnosis, repair costs and repair time. I felt very comfortable asking what may be perceived by an auto tech, to be silly questions. Zack was patient and took the time to explain things to me in a matter that I could understand. My son picked his car up Friday afternoon. They have earned my trust. The shop is not open on weekends, but I have always been able to get a prompt appointment during the week.
