Dr. Taylor has replaced fillings, crowns, and kept both my husband and I out of trouble. He referred me out once for more specialized attention and that person was fantastic too. We are the same vintage, so I love the rock n roll playing in the back ground and hearing of his travel, his two girls and he is a bit of a foodie; so we have lots to discuss. Then brident waited until the last month to submit my insurance claim and submitted it to the wrong insurance. By the time they submitted it to the right insurance it was past the claim time and my insurance wouldn't pay it. Of course these money hungry lack of accountability parasites sent it to collections. What's best is that they won't give me access to the information I need to get my dental repair done without a payment, which is fully illegal btw. On top of that it took me two weeks after my implant fell out and over 25 calls to be able to get ahold of someone and once I did the chick was so rude, but that's not surprising, they were rude every time I was there as well. Get your dental work literally anywhere else. I would rather let all my teeth rot out of my mouth slowly than have to go here again. Thank goodness my new dentist actually cares.

He listened to my concerns and right away took X-ray and confirmed his hunch. I had an infection that other dentist I saw the day before him missed (actually saw other dentist Friday, Monday and Tuesday). Right away he got me antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon to discuss extraction. The staff was super friendly. They listened to my ordeal and worked me in. The assistant was gentle (my mouth hurt because of all the filing other dentist did and the infection) and didn't hurt me. They made me feel welcomed there. The office is super clean with music that's pleasant and soothing. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. They've won my business. I was like "hush and take my money" then they said ins covered it 100% lol. Alright, so... This…read morereview is based on the billing, nothing more or less. As I reviewed below, the customer service, the cleanliness, and the staff are all wonderful. The care they put into their patients seems genuine, just as the type of care; or maybe that's where it gets questionable. With what I'm here to share, it may sound as if, I'm contradicting myself. Now, billing. I'll say this, now. I'm very grateful I understand medical billing, even with this being dental; some things follow suit. On: 10-28-2023 - They took over my treatment (my braces were already on, I moved and needed to find a new Orthodontist) X-rays were taken at the same time. Nothing needed to be corrected or changed, I picked up from where I left off. Meaning, that being charged for services as if I was starting as a brand-new patient, wasn't necessary. 06-2024: My braces came off - I had a full cleaning. At that time, they wanted to do another complete set of X-rays. I mentioned, that I had them done in October of 23, and the insurance will not cover another set within the same year. They said that would not be a problem and if so, they'll take care of it at that time. I will have to deal with that on my own, I should have asked for that in writing and I didn't. Needless to say, the insurance did not cover those sets of X-rays. I was also, looking at what was submitted to the insurance and what was billable/paid. From the dates above 10/28/23 - 06/20/24: They billed my insurance a total of $9,094. $76 - Oral Hygiene Instructions: This is something I was billed for, but I'm a grown adult, I know how to take care of my teeth and should not have been billed for this. My insurance did not cover this and I will not, either. $22 - Flouride: This is something I get once a year and will pay for out of pocket, but this is something I was not told would not be covered by the insurance. However, I already knew this. I am faithful to getting my teeth cleaned every six months, with my prior dentist, I've never had this issue. I always knew what my costs were before my cleaning and my costs were only for my, fluoride. If you choose to visit this office, I'd suggest you get the procedure codes for what will be done, YOU, call your dental provider and get the coverage information for those codes. When it comes to Orthodontics, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Again, their staff is wonderful, and the customer service is excellent; but when my money is being mishandled, that cancels out everything else.

Every time they attempted to adjust my dentures, the fit actually got worse instead of better. They ended up remaking them multiple times because they couldn't get them right. Before the final version, they had me sign off on a wax model saying I was satisfied, which would be reasonable if the finished product actually matched what was approved. It didn't. When the final dentures came back incorrect again, instead of taking responsibility, I was told it would cost an additional $300 to fix their mistake. At that point, it was clear they were more interested in charging more than getting it right. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're in the DFW area, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, there are definitely better options out there.

I was so surprised to see my new dentist spent almost 40 minutes on teeth cleaning. Trinity Dental was always in such a hurry and as I recalled it was a 10 minutes cleaning each time. The last few years I went to Trinity Dental they were telling me I need this done and that done to my teeth. My new dentist tells me my teeth are in good shape and no I do not need to replace all of my front crowns. Yippee. Over the years I have recommended Trinity Dental to family and friends. Then they snuck in a $50 missed appointment fee for "my" missed appointment on her bill and didn't tell her they were doing it!! When I called and discussed it with them, there were no management around to discuss it. I gave them a chance at making this right and I will not be back. Don't write trite response just to save face. Just another bad Dentist.
