So sad to see that this office has turned over again! Loved Dr. Corbet and really liked Dr. Carmen. The dental assistant had to ask for help to operate the equipment and talked me into a fluoride treatment. I really thought they forgot about me before the dentist came in. The dentist came into the room, never introduced himself, did not even have his name on a badge or scrubs, and didn't even sit down. He looked into my mouth while standing. They forgot the fluoride treatment. Someone came in and tried to have me leave a Google review while she watched me. Just a very awkward and non-professional experience. I will not return. read more

I was told my dental treatment would be covered by my insurance. it wasn't. My insurance company told me the claim was denied due to the dental office incorrectly filing. I am now being hounded by a collection agency as the dental office will not take responsibility. Terrible communication by this office. read more

This place got bought out iit isn't good. They tried to have me sign a new form to pre-authorize work that didn't need to be done yet in the case something might need to be done. They pushed me to sign it and said if I decided later that I didn't want the work, then they would give me another form to decline. I asked to either not sign the form or go ahead and let me sign the approval and decline now. The office manager wouldn't let me do that and was a bit snotty about it. 6 months ago I had my teeth cleaned by Madison, my normal person who is awesome, and met the new owner operator 6 months ago who seemed really great too. They both did an exam and I got my x-rays done. Both told me I had been doing a great job and keep up the good work. Today I saw another dentist who checked me out and looked at my e-xays. He told me everything was great too. The new hygienist aggressively poked around my mouth for a while and then told me a normal teeth cleaning would not help me and I needed to do a deep cleaning but she would have to get the office manager to see what it costs. I had now been there 42 minutes and not a single tooth cleaned. The office manager came back and told me it was going to cost $1200 to $1300 for a deep cleaning and I would have to come back another day since they didn't have enough time. I asked them to just do a normal cleaning and they said they didn't have time for that either. They totally wasted my day from work just to upsell me with non-sense. Unless of course the two dentists and the prior hygenist lied to me telling me I was doing a great job. I expressed how SHADY this whole thing was and I was irritated that now I have an office visit and just couldn't go elsewhere to get a free cleaning. They told me they would not bill my insurance as a courtesy like they were doing me a favor. The hygienist seemed like a used car salesman and the office manager is super snotty B. I asked how I could contact the nice new dentist lady/owner I met 6 months ago and no one would give me her contact information or even an email. They said she would call me if I wanted. Told them I was going elsewhere and they didn't care at all. I miss you Dr. Corbett. Hope you made a ton of money off these shady idiots on the sale because this place is not carrying on your legacy of good, kind and fair service. Amazing team!!! Quality dental care! They were kind and caring. Recently retired, I had no insurance and they offered a senior discount.

Was referred to Dr Corbet by UHC. Hands down best dentist I've ever been to. Never made me feel uncomfortable. Worked me in same day (I was a new patient). He listened to my concerns and right away took X-ray and confirmed his hunch. I had an infection that other dentist I saw the day before him missed (actually saw other dentist Friday, Monday and Tuesday). Right away he got me antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon to discuss extraction. The staff was super friendly. They listened to my ordeal and worked me in. The assistant was gentle (my mouth hurt because of all the filing other dentist did and the infection) and didn't hurt me. They made me feel welcomed there. The office is super clean with music that's pleasant and soothing. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. They've won my business. I was like "hush and take my money" then they said ins covered it 100% lol. Me and my fiancé will continue to see Dr Corbet and staff. read more

Best dental office! I've been a patient for 25 years. My children grew up with Dr. Corbet and his staff. I'm one of those people with dental phobia and from day 1 Dr. Corbet promised not to hurt me and he never has. His office staff is incredible and when my hygienist of 24 years retired last year I was nervous about her replacement. Everyone really feels like family here and I always look forward to my 6 month check-ups. Let me start by saying I HATE going to the dentist. After several years of not going, I knew I had to get back to it. I read reviews of Dr. Corbet, and decided to give him a try. His staff are all extremely friendly, and Dr. Corbet did something no other dentist has ever done for me. The first visit, he spent almost half an hour just talking to me about previous dentists, my concerns, and what I wanted to accomplish with my dental care. He understood my concerns, and when it came time for actually have work done, he continually checked with me to make sure I was doing okay. I'm very impressed with Dr. Corbet, and his staff. He & his staff make my dental appointments much less stressful & help to ease my fears. Dr. Corbet does EXCELLENT work. He's caring & able to think outside the box if a difficult problem arises.
