All three of which were promised completion within a couple of months (allowing for tweaks, adjustments, feature fine tuning, etc.). It took OVER A YEAR to get all my sites live. I could have learned HTML and programmed the sites myself in less time. I'd have walked away, but the foundation they built looked great, and by the time I realized it was going to be that slow throughout the whole process, the idea of starting over from scratch with a new company was terrifying. I should have done it, though. Still would have been faster. Their support staff was difficult to work with, since their English wasn't great, and they didn't proof anything that they set up. I'd ask for a change, they'd make it on the back end, and clearly not look at the actual front end of the page to see if it worked. The number of times I'd wait a week to get a fix done, and then have to send them back to fix what they broke doing that fix since they didn't bother to check and see if their fix actually implemented correctly, was ridiculous. Not to mention the number of times I'd go weeks, sometimes even 6 WEEKS between hearing from them... They also struggled to understand even the most basic concepts I tried to explain to them, and often we'd spend two weeks going back and forth just trying to get them to understand what I wanted. A post submission profanity filter is not rocket science, guys. Their work was okay, and the end products work well enough, but they kept trying to charge me add-on fees for things that were promised as part of my initial package, including phone browser compatibility. I got a good deal in the beginning, and thank goodness, because even that deal was vastly overpriced for the level of service, and speed, provided. Dealing with these guys felt unprofessional and frustrating every step of the way. I settled for less than I wanted on my major site's features simply because I couldn't stomach working with these guys one more week, let alone the month it probably would have taken them to fix those last two things. And now they won't stop spamming me trying to sell me more packages. Not on your life, fellas. NEVER AGAIN!
