The doctors are very good and take the time to really listen. They offer a large range of services. As others have mentioned, there can be long wait times. It's a busy practice and the doctors take their time to listen to their patients. Because they give such a good level of care they sometimes get behind, and the wait time can be long toward the end of the day. Bring a good book or something to keep you occupied. Wait times on appointments early in the day are usually very short.

Not much happened about the reason of the visit. So a few days pass I see my original doctor at the other location and which she read the notes to me, which said nothing but refer back with Anne. Thats it that's all she said she did not start any paper work to switch me over and she did not refill any of my prescriptions or attempt to try too start that process. My Dr said she didnt do anything you said she was going too. Just said to see my original MD. In complete shock. Ive realzied most of the Dr here get paid no matter what happens to us. They go home to there family happy healthy with all the money we give. And not care of my scary health symptoms, i'm desperate for answers.I have a son of my own trying to do the hold a job and pay bills is my every moment struggle. I came to her for some kind of help anything. She gave me nothing... they don't care about you period they want the government money that we can provide for them. So that they can have a good life.They can give two craps how you feel or if your dying. I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I have been seeing doctors in the MetroHealth system - including at the hospital - since 2011. Because I have a chronic condition that affects many different areas in my body, I require a lot of specialized medical care. I have seen positions in many departments and I have had testing done in several areas. While I have experienced a couple of bad eggs, the vast majority of the MetroHealth positions, nurses, and other medical providers have been professional, excellent at doing their jobs, and compassionate. Let's face it - healthcare is a tough industry to work in and being a patient isn't exactly a piece of cake either. The pandemic only made it harder. However, I have consistently received good care (as has my spouse) regardless.

And herein lies my doctor review: Dr. Loos has been professional each time I've seen him and is one of the few doctors I've seen that goes out of his way to ask multiple questions. My family doctor, when growing up, was definitely the old-school how're-you-feeling-OK-here-are-some-pills-see-ya-later type. That's not the case here. And recently when I've been the sickest I've been in about 10 years, I was able to see him an hour after I called to make an appointment. I was drugged up and better that afternoon.
