My built in oven still is missing a 21/2" piece of stainless which was ordered from their Frigidaire rep about 4 months ago and every time i call they just play games!! 10 months later and i still don't have my appliances in right. Well, that's great for the store but why not order MORE of your best selling item so you can sell MORE of it and keep your customers happy instead of sending them out empty handed and on their way to another furniture store.

Some furniture stores weren't selling any furniture from their sales floor because of the pandemic. They were only taking orders. At West Bend Furniture & Design the furniture is beautiful. I didn't have to order anything. They had so many things to choose from. Their staff was friendly and very helpful. I picked out two chairs for my living room. After they were delivered I realized that one chair I selected didn't fit in with my other furniture in the room. West Bend Furniture & Design were so kind about it, when I called to ask if I could select something else and have it exchanged. I knew they had several other pieces that would work in the room. When we arrived, we learned that it happened to be the salesperson's day off. Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and spent the next couple of hours with us, discussing our needs and helping us narrow down the many available options. Since we weren't committed to any particular brand, we had a wide range of choices. The first appliances presented to us were all top-of-the-line models. I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but I always find it helpful to compare those premium models with second- and third-tier alternatives to better understand the trade-offs. I wish appliance dealers had better tools to make those comparisons easier. It turns out that quality appliances are expensive... or at least the ones we ended up selecting! The sales manager also helped us work through all of the other details and put together a package proposal that included package discounts. Overall, we felt well taken care of. We're not sure yet whether we'll be purchasing our appliances here, but based on our experience, we would definitely shop here again.

I guess when the first salesperson said "ma'am I just work here, I cant help what the store does" I should have taken it as a sign and not tried to work with the store manager - but I didn't. When 3 weeks ago I'm told my delivery that weekend was cancelled because they forgot to include an integral part of the bed frame in the order, I should have cancelled. But i didnt. Now, finally delivery day, move all our existing furniture out, delivery comes (delivery/install guys were awesome), guess whats missing? Intergral part of the bed. Cant put it together. So now i have bed pieces everywhere, bed not assembled, and itll be another month before they can send the parts to me, then they still have to schedule a technician to come and install.
