Either way, I'm changing my review and given five stars and solely based on. I don't know her or the company very well yet nor do they know me very well. However, anyone that's willing to give somebody another chance I would have to say is good in my book. So that's what I am basing this review off of today. I think some very bad miscommunication happened. Emotions got involved and it caused for a bad interaction. However, after reaching out and asking for another chance, and with some better clarification she has been willing to do so. So thank you very much. It gave us a memory and an opportunity to get creative. :) We made our appointment for noon yesterday (Saturday). The location is right off Hickman in Waukee in the same stop mall as H's Pho (that's my reference point anyway). SUPER close to where I live. Yippee for me! When we arrived there was only one other family there. We had plenty of space to spread out with the wine and snacks we brought with. The owner did a good job of running us through the steps in the process, what materials to use, safety, and then turned us loose. Her daughter, Jennifer, was very helpful too. It wasn't what I expected in a good way. I learned how to use tools to cut glass and how to use different materials for different effects, etc. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the temperature in the store. Even with wearing an airy summer dress, I was melting. That was pre-wine even so it kept getting progressively warmer as we went along. I never asked to have the temperature adjusted but should have. This is a great place to get on with your inner artist and makes a great gift for friends and family :)

But every freaking day it drops for no reason multiple times a day. Unless they fix their issues (highly doubtful) i refuse to pay for more than their free service. Truly a terrible experience
