Giardia has to be sent out for special testing which is not available in the 24-48 breeder request. We are now on a second round. They live at a location they don't want you to know about....i do have that address wish they would publish that and be honest. BUYER BEWARE AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS ON A DOG YOU WILL NEED MORE TO MAKE THEM HEALTHY. We are now on our third round of treating Giardia. Let me tell you this is exhausting keeping all areas sanitized, bedding constantly washed etc. I have two other dogs, they have been treated as well. vet bills, compound pharmacy prescriptions (because the medication is really foul tasting) all $ that add up. how can this breeder possible send home a healthy puppy. Remember you sign your rights away when you sign that contract. Beth is amazing! She has been a godsend to me. I adopted a standard poodle, Teddy, last year and…read morenot long after it became clear that he had experienced abuse/neglect and because of his history was reactive to other dogs and strangers. The first four months of Teddy's training was ALL about rehabilitation and healing because it wouldn't make any sense if he could sit all pretty but then if something were to happen freak out. Now that he has gotten to a point where the things that use to freak him out are just like "oh yeah...ok..well what do you want me to do?" he has started to get to do all the "normal dog" things like learning tricks and agility. It has been amazing to see him heal and become more confident and trusting. Teddy still has room for improvement but without Beth's guidance and training I know for a fact that Teddy would not be where he is now. In my opinion you will not find a better trainer in this area than Beth. I love DogJoy and could not sing higher praises about it.
