We've always been able to find chairs, though I always bring my own anyway just in case. The staff is firm with the rules, like no running on the concrete deck and making sure you have your membership cards with you. Personally, I like that the staff are watching everyone and keeping the rules enforced. There are always people who get pissy about having their children corrected when they break rules, and certainly there are always people at the pool who think rules only exist for everyone else. The pool has always been clean, the staff patrols the area and the lifeguards are attentive, and the whole area is nicely kept. We live in Upper Dublin and drive 20 minutes to this pool every day because it's a much better deal and my kids love the water slides and snack shack (though the snack shack is outside the pool club, but they can walk there in one minute). Overall, we've been happy there and plan to continue going!

Trust me, I got estimates from multiple pool installers near me, but felt that Premier offered the best package deal. Additionally, everyone at Premier was great to work with; Mike(sales/design), Tyler(build/design), Amanda(consult/scheduling), Big Mike(build), and the rest of the crew! I initially did a virtual call with Mike to walk me through what they had to offer, due to schedule conflicts, which went better than I expected. Then I met with Mike at my home to assess my yard, ask my wants vs. needs, and shared his thoughts on design for our pool. He even shared pics of his own pool as an example. We didn't really have a number in mind, but I expressed that I'm not looking for it to get out of control. Mike didn't try to upsell anything at all and was more than patient with all of my questions. Of course, with any big project like this there's always a few hiccups, from weather delays to hitting solid rock, but these guys were on top of everything. Tyler was always on site to address any concerns and make sure we were ok with things before they became permanent. Everyone was great throughout the build process and handled our indecisiveness in choosing color schemes extremely well, LOL! I've reached to Tyler with a question or two post-build and he took care of things. I still reach out to Mike with random questions and he's great! Ultimately, we've had multiple comments from friends about how beautiful the pool looks and how well done the pool equipment was done! It's good to have that 2nd bar so you don't have to walk through people soaking wet to get a drink. The only things that annoyed me were the bartenders weren't consistant, they all charged different prices for the same drink. The drinks are also overpriced and hardly any alcohol in it. The one citron mojito drink I ordered was gross, I should have sent it back. It didn't taste like mojito at all. It had a very faint lemon taste, but most of it tasted like flat/bad club soda. The service was also slow, my friend ended up having to go to the other bar because the bartenders were ignoring her. Next time I will have to try to pregame first. Also the bands/ DJs play mostly wedding type music now it seems. They were playing a lot of older songs, some classic songs, only a few newer songs but they were still a few years old. I like bands that play some top 40 songs. I think if they played more newer songs it would attract more of a crowd also. The first year we came here it seemed fairly crowded with a lot of people by the DJ dancing. Every time we come back it seems like fewer people are there, and hardly anyone is dancing. Also it would be nice if they had bathrooms right by the pool area. It's a pain to have to walk all the way in the building by the casino. Everyone probably pees in the pool because of this. Then I also paid for the swim team fee. Since it was just within 3 business days before the swim team started, I also paid a late fee, plus a processing fee. However, on the first day of the swim, I found out my daughter who is 13 and short, being assigned to a 15-19-year-old team without parent permission. I told 9oaks that raises safety concerns, and I couldn't go with 9oaks, I asked for a full refund. Then 9oaks only return me half of the membership fee and half of the swim team fee, they keep the late fee and processing fee as well. I think within 3 days, they did not assign a team appropriately, which is a safety concern, I have to quit; it is reasonable to ask for a full refund.
