They are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and insensitive; basically everything you shouldn't be as owners of a funeral home. They even CHANGE obituaries after you have sent it to them to have published online which they have no right to do and then when confronted, lie about it and then eventually admit it. They are unprofessional, petty, and thoughtless. If you want to deal with imbecile people during a time in your life when you are mourning the death of a loved one, then use Wright-Roy funeral home. If you wish to have a positive, respectful, and supportive service for your loved one, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. Read the other reviews for them; they are terrible and speak volumes to how bad this funeral home is.

BFH arranged for an Honor Guard Internment at the Cemetary. It was something they suggested to the family and made all the arrangements. This was my first time attending a military service. I can't even describe how moving this was. I did not have enough tissues in my purse. When I was younger I attended a few funerals for WWII veterans. But this is the first time I've seen the Honor Guard in action with Taps on the bugle. Thank you BFH for taking the initiative to honor our veterans.

Our local one came in with the cheapest cremation costs. A friend recommended Casper and it was almost half the cost from what our family funeral home quoted us. That was with a discount as well! I called Casper about 2 months beforehand and they were very detailed and provided all the info that was needed. I had multiple phone calls with them and they were able to assist me even though I was in California. I mostly spoke with Jake and Colton during this process. When I arrived Saturday was the only day I could go down and we had a snowstorm the day prior. Roads were pretty bad and they were able to accommodate me even though they had a service going on. Parking can be a nightmare there, I parked a few blocks away near a barber shop. I would recommend this place to everyone!! I was truly blown away by their service and empathy.
