As a surprise birthday trip, I took her to Atlanta so she could replace said hat. Long story short, she walked out with 4 hats. Everyone had such a great time shopping the hats and she was so happy to be reunited with not one beautiful fedora but 4. One was on super sale and the others were all half of what I was expecting them to be. The woman working even swapped out the ribbon on one of them for another color, and was great about helping with sizing. The owner sent me a screenshot of their " no refund policy" and attempted to strong-arm me into accepting a credit I did not wish to. We exchanged three emails in which the owner refused to give me a return authorization number and kept repeating " no refunds, no exceptions" like a parrot. I called and spoke with an employee who gave me a return authorization number, and I sent the fedora back. I expressed to the owner in my email that a "no refund policy" should be plastered on every page so a consumer can see it. Had I known of Napoly's underhanded business practices, I would have never purchased the fedora because any company that employs a " no refund policy" is not reputable and does not stand behind the products they sell. Reputable companies understand that customer satisfaction is paramount, and there are many reasons why a customer would want to return items purchased online. Common reasons that warrant a customer returning Items purchased online are that they don't fit, do not resemble the online picture, poor quality, the customer does not like the item, etc. Therefore, all reputable companies will grant a refund if the returned item is in brand-new condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, Napoly is a business focused solely on scamming customers and does not value customer satisfaction, so they have a " no refund policy." Despite returning the hat in brand new condition with the tags, they still did not issue me a refund. However, they kept the hat ( something a scam company would do), so I disputed the transaction with my bank and got my money back. I will never purchase from Napoly again, and I discourage consumers from buying from them too. Any company that does not issue refunds is a scam because reputable companies and owners don't operate like that. One star is too much. If I could, I would give them negative five stars. It's only a matter of time before they go belly up because companies and owners who don't understand that " repeat customers" are how to stay in business always go belly up.
