Upon entry the sales staff made sure to say hello and gave us a couple of minutes to get our thoughts together before approaching us with help. It wasn't because they were super busy or even ignoring us. It seemed more out of respect and to give us space. I guess they are good on judging character. I hate for someone to crowd me. When we made eye contact Tyler made sure to come right over and ask if there was anything specific we had in mind. He showed us many different types of ATV's, UTV's, and even a couple of carts. We ultimately came in for a couple of bikes. They did have low stock. But, they had a lot more than any surrounding dealership and were a lot more personable. The facility was well lit and very inviting. There was nice music playing in the background. It wasn't to the point to where you couldn't talk to them or be able to think. The customer service was absolutely superb. After deciding on which bike to choose, he made sure to tell me of their finance options as well as the fact I could pay cash. They ran my credit and while waiting for everything else, they introduced me to the wonderful lady who gave us options of accessories. We decided to go with light bars and some really great submersible speakers since I am probably going to sink it the first day off the trailer;) They made sure to keep the secret from my husband that I was buying him one since he was buying me one. Behind my back, they ran my credit profile for $17,000--trying to force a hidden $5,000 markup. I bought a 2025 Trail Master golf cart there. It's been giving me problems ever since I received it. It's been in and out of the shop. I haven't enjoyed it at all. Please shop around before going there. The salesperson was good but that's about it. They will go out of their way to help you, but when you buy it, it's a different story. She was very attentive and got my bike in right away for its initial service. I was at the tail end of a several thousand mile road trip, on two different bike. Bought a 2025 SxS April 15, and the engine light came on the same evening (This lets me know there are flaws in the inspection they discreetly charge you for during the purchase). I was able to get it back to the dealership on May 6 (I'm Regular Active Army and work a demanding schedule) to make the necessary repairs. I received a message from the service department stating the fuel injector was ordered and will arrive in 5-7 days. On May 16, I went into the dealership for some progress since I hadn't heard any updates. I received a message later that day stating they found a fuel injector and have expedited delivery for the following Tuesday, May 20. Mind you, they had previously said that one had already been ordered. I stopped by today, May 21, because I again received no updates. I was given a new time to expect the part to be delivered. It's almost comical how frustrating every experience I've had with Hattiesburg Cycles has been, from the purchasing process to the service department. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on a flawed machine, but now that they have my money, there is no sense of urgency to repair their screw up. I have been offered nothing to ease the frustration. They didn't put any fluids in my 2025 renegade and about caused it to blow up and that next week I was back getting another headlight put in because water was getting in it and it stayed there for 2 months and the very next ride it got water in it again they didn't submit it to warranty when they said they would. Now it's having motor problems, and they won't even touch it. Then they called me a day after and said that nothing was wrong with it after they had to unload it with a forklift. Unsafe and Shoddy Work The most alarming aspect of my experience was the unsafe and incompetent work performed on my motorcycle. After taking my bike in for service, I discovered that several critical safety components were improperly installed or outright neglected. This is not just poor service--it's dangerous. Rude and Disrespectful Service As if lying and unsafe work weren't bad enough, their customer service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. They're a small Indian dealer and I had no confidence and neither did my insurance company progressive about having them repair my motorcycle. They seemed incompetent in every way . I bought a brand new cfmoto 1000 cforce, in March of 2024. The radiator fan was defective. I drop the 4 wheeler off on August 7 2024, I was told my the gm that the part came in on August 22 however I was told it came in on the 15 The 4 wheeler is scheduled to be work on August 30 was not told when I would officially get the 4 wheeler back. I bought an Indian motorcycle back in November. they reached out to me about a recall, we scheduled a date for the bike to be picked up which was on 3/28/2025. they picked the bike up and was told that the bike would be pulled in the shop on 4/3/2025. I called on 4/8/2025 to schedule the delivery of the bike. I was told that the bike would be on the schedule for 9 am. At 5:43pm I spoke with someone in service and was told that the driver would be working late to deliver the bike because I was promised it today. Here it is 8:10pm And still no bike. i live about 30 minutes from the dealer. It would be different if they had said it would be delivered the next day but to lie about delivering a customers property is absolutely ridiculous. if This is the way they do business I don't understand how they are still in busines. read more

Getting an out the door price from them is like pulling teeth. I was payin cash. No financing. So I wanted the OUT THE DOOR price on 3 different units. They kept telling me the stock price even though they all were loaded with accessories. Took over an hour to get the actual price. And once I did, one unit had $14,000 worth of accessories and another had $11,000. Could've saved a lot of time if they told me right off the bat that the unit I wanted was $34,000! I walked out. The bike would crank but not go into 1st gear or reverse so I had Hattiesburg pick up the bike. They kept the bike for 7 months and still did not know what was wrong with it. I purchased a Polaris RZR Trail in August 2023. The CVT is making a wobbling sound when you take off in High gear. I called the service dept at Hattiesburg cycles and the lady didnt want to answer a single question. I told her we could not buy anything there again if they would not take care of the service. She Hung up on me. I called my salesperson and told her what had happened. She said a service dept person would call me to discuss which never happened. Its about 45 days old now and under warranty but I will never go to Hattiesburg Cycles again and for sure will give my opinion on anyone else going there for anything. read more

I honestly wish there was a no star rating. I purchased a brand new UTV from this dealership in September of 2021. I had the machine until March of 2022 when it blew a head gasket. The machine was and still is under warranty. Hattiesburg cycles has blown the engine twice that I know of trying to fix my machine and I have made payments on time every time and have not received any sort of compensation from them or the manufacturer. Next month (March 2023) will be a year that they have had my machine and I have not laid my eyes on it. This has hurt me financially and mentally as it has been very stressful. One of their employees said it needed to be cleaned... while waiting for it to be serviced, an employee was recklessly driving his four wheeler, jumping hills & curbs going max speed. After seeing a Ranger that I was looking for was in stock on their website, I called to inquire about it. I was told that it was indeed in stock. This was pretty much at the close of the business day and I over an hour away, so the salesman texted a link containing a credit application. I filled out the application that night and submitted it. The following the morning I received a text asking for a photocopy of my license to go w/ the application. I immediately submitted that back to them. One hour later I was told that the application was good to go and I was asked to put $500 deposit to hold the item while they ran my credit. I asked if the $500 was necessary, and the salesman replied that it wasn't. I had no problem giving the $500 since I would be putting down $2k on the Ranger anyway. I was then told by the salesman that he wasn't sure that they could run my credit without me being present in their store, which is completely false. I asked if he was sure, he replied that he wasn't. I then asked him to speak to the finance manager to see if I needed to be present or not and to just call me back right quick to let me know, and that if I needed to be present, then I would go on and submit $500 to hold the Ranger until I could get there. He replied that it was no problem and he would check and get right back to me. This was at 10am that morning and I never heard back from him the rest of the day. I even texted him @ 6pm to let him know that I never heard back from him regarding the Ranger. Never got a response. I then put two and two together. Obviously someone else had bought the machine and I was of no use to him anymore. I started to shrug it off because there are plenty of other powersports businesses out there, but being a former salesman myself, I couldn't let this bad customer service go w/ out speaking to someone about it. So the next morning I called to speak to the sales manager (Zac) just to let them know about the situation. I asked to speak to the sales manager, and I was immediately transferred to the salesman that I had dealt with the day before. He immediately opened up with " Mr. Blank! I was just about to call you! That Ranger sold 30 minutes after I got off the phone with you." I told him that I had no problem with the fact that it had sold, but I did have a problem with him leaving me in the dark for 23 hours about it. He responded that he dealt with 30 people a day and that he can't always get back to everyone. Well if that is the case, perhaps you need to be elsewhere doing something else. I retracted my initial agreement to allow them to run my credit and advised him to trash my credit application because I would be going elsewhere to spend money. I ended the phone call trying to be as nice as I could. As I said before, I'm not bitter that the Ranger sold before I could get in on it. I'm more upset of about the lack of communication regarding it all. It literally takes less than a minute to send a text to someone. Had that happened, I wouldn't be sitting here writing this longwinded review. Jackson seemed like a nice young man, and that's assuming that he is young. He sounded that way on the phone anyway. So I tried to give him advice that would help him in the future. To maybe help him see how poor communication can hurt you in the long run. I told him that people will not always be eager to spend money. That there will be days in the sales world where he will be hungry, and that it is important to follow up with customers. Who knows, had he actually reached back out to me, I may have been interested to see what else they had in stock. Now, I will no longer look in their direction nor will I recommend them due to this experience. After hanging the phone up, I decided to try the sales manager (Zac) one more time. I figured I could communicate my experience to him in hopes that maybe it would better their customer service in the future. I was told that he was with someone, and they would take my number, and he would return my call. Here it is one week later, and I have yet to hear back from him. Go figure. I'm guessing that poor communication runs rampant there. Bottom line, If you don't care about customer service, have at it. If customer service and good communication is important to you, then go somewhere else. That's exactly what I did two days after this experience. I found the same machine at a better price, all while dealing with someone who knew how to treat customers. I preordered it and it'll be here on the 29th. if I could give negative stars I would. I sent my machine in to have the instrument cluster replaced and to be serviced. Nine weeks later it was returned to me. The engine oil had been changed along with the filter. The transmission was over a quart low, the transfer case was completely dry, and the rear differential was half a quart low. This was the initial service, there were no leaks. So evidently it was sold to me with low fluids and none of the levels were checked during the service. This is exactly why I never deal with Hattiesburg Cycles. I have no idea how they maintain a customer base. read more

Had my Polaris 1000 ranger serviced for its 25 hour first service. After getting it back it was leaking from oil filter housing. I hand tightened the filter myself and still leaked. Most of the oil by that time had leaked out. I went and bought more oil and a replacement filter. After taking filter off the oil filter gasket was left on from first servicing so when changed it was double gasketed causing oil leak. this could have been bad. Rookie mistake could have cost a new engine. I will do my own servicing from now on. I only took it there because of the factory warranty and wanted service done while still under warranty. Check your machine over if you let them service it. read more

I took my Indian in for a warranty issue. Bike would just shut off while riding. Told them that there was a recall for the same issue. They supposedly test rode the bike several times, but never put any miles on the odometer per their records. Diagnosis was that the bike would hiccup in 6th gear and the fuel had a foul smell. I asked that they replace the part in the recall and the spark plugs. They responded that that this wasn't going to fix the problem. Had to tell them again to replace the parts and that I wanted the old parts back. When I picked the bike up they couldn't find the parts. Took it back to Hattiesburg Cycles where I purchased it and all the wiring was bad and needed replacing so we asked for it to be serviced as well. One and half months left we got the bike back. Had to pay over 700.00. I must say the bike did not have any other problems at the time but the key. We drive it around the yard a few times and now the rear end is making a bad noise. So back it goes to Hattiesburg Cycle they say the axle is bad and needs replacing but they will not file it on the warranty. 450.00 later and two weeks. My bike will never go back there. I will use it as yard ornaments before I take it back there. My bike has less then 50 hours on it and has been in the shop more than on a trail. Never again..... read more

The Younger staff that works on the sales floor should be more educated on the all the Inventory. If a customer is asking a salesperson a question on a certain item (Spyder), NEVER point to someone behind the counter and tell the customer that is where they need to go (Ex: A larger windshield). Upon working a deal with Mike on a 2022 can am renegade trading a 2018 harley with some negative equity i was told the bike needed to be higher priced to carry the negative. Mike informed me that the finance manager Joe told him the only way to get the negative carried was to purchase warranty and gap. I know these items are backend products and don't carry weight in the loan. Hattiesburg Cycles service department has issues. I dropped off my bike for a full service and when I came to pick it up they had only changed the oil and oil filter. I told them I wanted a complete service due to the age and mileage on my newly purchased used bike as it had never been serviced. I had to wait another two hours for this to be done and they did not have an air filter. I was told that they would order one and mail it to me. After two months and many phone calls with no air filter I decided to ask for the service manager, Martin. He assured me that he would have an answer and call me back that day. After two weeks of Martin dodging my calls I went there to see him. He gave me an aftermarket filter that is nowhere near the filter that fits my bike. They treat their customers very poorly. I bought a manufacturers air filter online at a cost of $60 and had it in three days. Very poor service. read more
