Theresa and her husband are absolutely amazing at what they do. Two days ago we came in with a picture for a wedding, and Theresa nailed the color match 100% on the first try. I'm quite picky, so I was incredibly impressed when she measured my husband and was spot on with the size immediately. She is prompt and efficient, such a doll! ​It's such a relief knowing we'll have everything on time and perfectly altered. I was so happy with the experience that I actually went back in to pick up something for my son before we even left the parking lot! Jacob helped walk us through what she needed to complete her board. He was awesome, he explained the differences in brands and preferences. He wasn't trying to up sell us at all but he listened to what my daughter wanted. He picked a few options, let her look at them, and explained the difference and quality. He told her what he used on his own set up but ultimately let her figure out what she wanted. Once she picked her stuff he installed it for her and explained what and how it needed to be done and when and how to make her adjustments after a few rides. I have made many purchases primarily clothing from here either via online or in person. Kohl's have many great brands. My favorite brand is Croft & Barrow. Their clothing is always of great quality. This store is bright, clean, and organized. Wonderful selections. Great value. They have Sephora in house. Online purchases are easy to make. Pick ups are usually fast and smooth. In person visits are fun because I get to stroll through the various sections. Staff are friendly and helpful. This Kohl's used to be a drop off location for Amazon and other business returns. I recently found out they no longer offer this service. Bummer! Hopefully, they will bring this service back. What I love most about Kohl's is their Kohl's Cash. I have saved so much money.
