This has been the worst experience with a printer I've personally ever had. I spent a nice chunk of change to buy the totes to be printed myself. We leave them with Daniel (or David) to be printed. He never sends us a proof, he never sends the vector file, and he goes ahead and just prints them. They don't look good. This is not to mention that it took ages for him to print, and we have had to call this guy back over and over to get information from him, but we have not once received a call or text from him. We've had to go in there in person to be able to get any info. After he botched the first print, we were stupid enough to give him a second chance, thinking that maybe his lack of communication and his extremely bad work was due to the Covid, so we ordered the reprint, and now here we are again. It's been weeks, no call, no text, no replacement totes, no proofs, no files. Nothing. I'm still going to march in there and ask for my deposit back since this guy had not come through correctly even once. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time. read more

Most importantly they listen to me the customer. I own a business in Apple Valley, and travel the distance for their work. We have worked with these people before - very nice and reasonable. However, this time was a very bad experience. Paid the set-up fee for a logo and had 2 shirts embroidered. The logo came out looking very bad, not like what I gave them. Then they moved and I can't even follow up with them (they insisted their phone number would be the same, but it isn't). I am going to a place I know is reliable - like C-ME Embroidery. I know I can trust them to do a good job. read more

X-Treme Stitching has been my "go to" guys for many years, when they were on Bear Valley Road and now at their present location. They have done work for the American Legion, Marine Corps League and the Young Marines here in Victorville and Apple Valley. They have also done special personal embriodary for me from time to time. All I can say is that they do excellent work and take pride in their product. That quality is hard to find these days. I'd recommend these guys to all at anytime.
