They were so great! I had someone lined up and it fell through last minute. I requested a few bids from other places but I was running out of time and hope. They were so quick to respond and after sending a few pictures over they gave me an affordable quote. They were there a day and a half later, and took about 100 boxes and a few large pieces of furniture in less than an hour. They were also great at communicating. They gave me an arrival time window to account for morning traffic, and they texted in the morning to keep me updated on the traffic and updated arrival time. So, I got about 3 or 4 estimates for this retaining wall and turf. Living in San Diego county every estimate seemed out of reach and nowhere near my budget. I figured I was gonna have to slowly do it myself, which probably would've taken me 6-9 months. I started digging out my driveway and dumping dirt to the side of the house until I had nowhere else to put it. So we called a company to pick up the dirt, needless to say they also did retaining walls, so I asked for a quote. Not only were they reasonable, they were fair, so much in fact I insisted to pay more, because I believe in doing right by people who take care of you. The owner Hilario is a family man, respectful, kind and was instantly likeable. Needless to say, after 3 weekends the results speak for themselves. They even planted a guava tree for my wife that she desperately wanted. I wish I could speak to how happy we are and were able to add value to our home and make it beautiful. If you live in the San Diego county area and you want a fair shot at creating something wonderful for your home I can't speak how wonderful our experience was and we will have them back for future outdoor projects!
