Their crew repeatedly tried to cut corners, and if I hadn't been watching closely, they would have left me with subpar results. The most concerning part was that they attempted to charge me an extra $3,500 for work that was never actually done. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I had to call them out multiple times to get things corrected. In the end they still charge me an additional $1000 for an extra hour or 2 of work and a couple 4x4s in supplies. To top it off, someone from the company even offered me $250 in exchange for a positive review -- which makes me question the legitimacy of all their 5-star ratings online. I went with Mandette Roofing Plus because of their great reviews, but after my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
