Paws down, the best grooming job I have seen. I highly recommend Fuzzy Hearts Grooming and praise the professional and high-quality grooming services Julie provides.

Trim Rover, Trim Rover?…read more Let Julie come over! Our rescue dog went from a life of abject poverty to one of blissful luxury. At least by canine standards. In his current life, he now has soft little beds in every room of the house and meals prepared by hand. Not MY hand, you kidding? I can barely feed and clothe my sorry excuse for a life, you think the dog stands a chance? Naah, he's a charmer and gets the rest of the family to attend to his every need. EXCEPT the grooming part, which is now the purview of Julie and Fuzzy Hearts Grooming. Here's how it works: Julie pulls into the driveway in her Mobile Grooming Lab and Styling Emporium, plugs a super-long extension cord in and then your pooch hops in, and I guess the magic happens. I stayed in the house where I couldn't offer any of that, uh... "help." In a half hour or so, Julie did a masterful grooming job, clipped the nails, probably told some stories about other dogs, y'know. The way chit-chat goes down in the salon. Then, with a brand new kerchief and a bounce in his step, the luckiest dog in Ohio leaped out of the truck, back in the house and stood in front of the mirror, for what seemed like hours. Handsome, beyond measure. Beyond belief. "There comes a time when you look into the mirror and you realize that what you see is all that you will ever be. And then you accept it. Or you kill yourself. Or you stop looking in mirrors." ― Tennessee Williams

UPDATE: I received a…read morecall from Kevin regarding my review and the experience we had. He apologized and offered to compensate some of my order. Thankfully everything was taken care of and apologies expressed both ways. Thank you Kevin & Pet Supplies Plus. ORIGINAL: Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.

Worst place ever. I had taken my lil Puppy Serenity Rose for her first grooming. My sister and I…read moredropped her off there and was told it would be about an hour. Well we got across the street and was called after 10 minutes and was asked to come get her that she was uncomfortable. They said this lil puppy was biting and not letting them groom her. The gal told my sister that she needs to get a tranquilizer the next time she comes. She's nothing like she described her. We came into the store and walked back and saw her be all calm and the girl was grooming her ... WTH. We came all the way back and witnessed this. She finished her while we watched her. OMG But, then I took her home and she was licking her back paw for hours and the next day there was bruising in her thigh and nothing saw on her paw but sopping wet and when I put a light on it there was bruising. She still limps with her back paw in the air.... She walked with it this way since she came to this establishment. Okay now get this ..I've called and told my statement to a girl that evening and asked to have someone that's in management please call me . I never received a call and left several messages. I had to explain again to a supervisor and I wrote a comment to remind them that I'm suppose to be receiving a call back ASAP. NOTHING. I had my puppy limping and till this day he's still licking his.back paw alot. They said that the manager was notified and they'll be calling yo have a video with my lil girl coming down the stairs where she don't even use her back leg ...it's so noticeable that she's see still hasn't used that legg and hip...its so noticable and noany improvement. At all. Also she was cut too close on top of the and it was got scars. Who do you hire? I never received any calls back and I'm taking it up in the the President of this company.

Review 1/2: 1 star because I couldn't go lower! My first review will be about the facility itself…read more I was at Buckeyes Missions and Sanctuary twice within 4 hours and the dogs were locked up in cages inside, not playing outside like the pictures lead you to believe, only 1 dog went out at a time on a leash for bathroom breaks. The whole inside smelled of pee and there was pee in their cages with the dogs. Review 2/2: 1 star because I can't go any lower! I surrendered my puppy, Mea on 9/12/25 after having her for 5 days. I gave her up while crying my eyes out. My mom and I were driving home -we live an hour away- and I changed my mind, I couldn't live without her. The reason I gave her up was because my male dog was obsessed with her, staring, and drooling, but I researched that it's because she isn't fixed, if the problem didn't go away after getting fixed, I would have moved out earlier so my moms 2 dogs and Mea and I wouldn't have any issues with each other. I called Buckeyes Mission and Sanctuary asking if we could come get her back not even 4 hours later, the surrender fee wouldn't be an issue, I just wanted my puppy back. The employee said they have to check with the owner, Connie. I also emailed Connie to explain the situation. Long story short: Connie denied me being able to adopt Mea back because I was "impatient, disrespectful, and felt entitled to have her back". I came off as impatient because it took WEEKS to try to adopt Mea. When really it was anxiety and depression over a few hour mistake messing up my chance to have Mea return with her family. Connie wanted our senior dogs to come to the sanctuary so she could see how their body language is with Mea, our dogs are anxious when riding in car-it's over an hour away- I told Connie this and she didn't care, she wouldn't make an exception even though Mea has been in our home! We offered to video chat with our dogs and Mea at our home so she could actually see the dogs in their natural environment, not at the sanctuary where their body language wouldn't be natural. I'm very upset that a 4 hour mistake cost me ever adopting Mea again as she is now on the website as 'availably on hold'. Mea was posted as available for a week before she became 'availably on hold' when our process with Connie took WEEKS. I just assumed that a dog adoption area would want the best for the dogs, yet Connie proves she doesn't care about the dog and would rather they stay in a cage than have a fast adoption process to somebody their already familiar with.

I don't normally write reviews but my daughter was crushed after surrendering Mea (Mia) for 4 hours…read moreand then regretting it and tried to get her back and was denied. My daughter is 25 years old is crying herself to sleep because Connie denied her. When we returned to Buckeye to try to get Mea after our 4 hour surrender, we were told we had to go through the adoption process and our meet and greet would be by video then Connie told us we had to bring our 2 senior dogs an hour away which we weren't comfortable doing but we were going to. The employees and Connie aren't accommodating at all, we had a very small window for our senior dogs to drive an hour away so Connie could see their body language, even though it wouldn't be an accurate description of their body language around Mea since it is an unfamiliar environment! We even offered to video chat at our home that way it is natural and easy for the dogs. My daughter was very accommodating and did everything Connie asked but Connie decided my daughter wasn't the best fit for Mea due to lack of impatience of the adoption process when in reality it is anxiety which I explained to Connie via email but was ignored. Connie would rather Mea stay in a cage all day rather than be in a home she's been in and was happy in. My daughter and I tried to go through the adoption process but it was taking weeks, even though now Mea's availably is on hold when she was only available for a week on their website. It's evident that Connie doesn't want the best interest for Mea, but only herself and her personal preferences. My daughter asked Connie multiple times about the adoption process and the fee but never got a response. Does Connie just see the car you drive up in and make the fee up that way? The facility smelled of urine and the numerous times we were there the dogs were never outside playing, only on a short leash for bathroom breaks one at a time.
