4.5 stars because of how great of a deal this was. When we visited Gatlinburg they had a sale for…read more$20 that provided $10 credit for the arcade and admission for the mirror maze, mini golf course, and shoot em up cinema. My family bought in and had a blast for the afternoon. None of the games were uniquely extraordinary, but the beauty was in the simplicity of feeling like a kid in an arcade exploring all the different attractions

This attraction catches your eye because it has a shooting range (costs $1-2 per game depending on…read morehow many you play) and a crazy looking horse outside. The attraction is $5.95 per person and will last approximately 10 minutes. Inside is a large screen and red seats that you ride (like a horse). The first movie is called Pirate's Plunder and the second is a cowboy-themed movie, which is also 7D and requires glasses. The seats move while you use your gun to shoot targets and rack up points. Periodically it shows you who is in the lead, or the poor soul in last place. I wasn't going to join my kids and husband on this ride but I'm glad I did. Super cheesy but I cracked up during the ride. And, it was sweet victory when me and my son beat my husband during the cowboy movie. Because of the seats, kids under 5 may have a hard time riding, at least alone. There's no strap to keep you on the seat while shooting. Several of the seats were also out of order and the middle ones may offer an advantage to shoot the targets. (Harder than it looks) The clerk was super friendly and let us know if we return and show our receipt, every person gets $1 knocked off their ticket.

I've been to a lot of places in Gatlinburg that are considered tourist traps. Well, I'm glad I was…read more"trapped" into this place! The majority of the attractions are not worth the money spent, but Hollywood Star Cars is worth every penny. It's one of the best places to check out! My daughter and I had a blast here! Whoever is in charge of obtaining the stars cars and organizing how they are displayed in this building, has done an incredible job! It was jam packed of so many to view, and they were so easy to recognize. They were displayed in settings where they were used in TV shows or movies. They also had the stars pictures and details about them, when they displayed their individual cars. It's such a cool feeling to be near a vehicle that stars have actually driven. It's the closest I'll ever get to them, some deceased, like Elvis Presley. It also makes me happy that these vehicles have been preserved for museum purposes, instead of being destroyed. Anyway, if you're trying to choose which place to go to, I would certainly choose this place. I plan to go again, because they said they switch the cars out pretty often. Young and older people will enjoy it, and everyone can relate to the cars displayed. I related more to the ones that were the older stars, and the cars that were used in the older movies and tv shows. But, my daughter related to the old and new. She's an "old soul," because she watches shows and listens to music that her father and I grew up with, but she also stays abreast of all the modern stuff. So, she enjoyed it, even more than I did. And, that's saying a lot, because I enjoyed it a whole lot!

Staff were very nice and helpful with everything. It was also cool how when the showed the car it had like lights sounds and decorations. And don't be worried if you're handicapped or in a wheelchair you can have nice access to the 2nd floor or take the stairs. If you ever go to Gatlinburg I would recommend this place to anyone. Favorite car was the Twister car which had lights and sound. Would give 10/10 if there were 10 stars.
