Not only did one of my designs not print in the color I requested, but my logo was cut off in the print, and the saturation of the photos were so bad that the background came out pink. I expressed my concerns afterwards and Cristina agreed to reprint them and send them out to me so I can include them in my thank you cards. 2 months later, still nothing. I've emailed 3 times to ask where they are and have gotten no response. In addition, leading up to the wedding, the communication was just awful.
