Not only did one of my designs not print in the color I requested, but my logo was cut off in the print, and the saturation of the photos were so bad that the background came out pink. I expressed my concerns afterwards and Cristina agreed to reprint them and send them out to me so I can include them in my thank you cards. 2 months later, still nothing. I've emailed 3 times to ask where they are and have gotten no response. In addition, leading up to the wedding, the communication was just awful. It would take multiple attempts of reaching out to finally get a response. I would not recommend this service to anyone as it lacks professionalism and quality of service.

These are one of the two things that represent my husband and I wanted to surprise him! Maile is incredible! She came home from a family trip and set up the signs all on her own. The photos should say it all! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have gotten these signs! It was the best decision ever and so so worth it! These signs ended up being multi purpose! They made the perfect back drop/ photo area!!! Especially when the sunset arrived! Was kinda stressed looking for someone who could set up a secured covering at a reasonable price. Luckily found Honolulu party rentals. Ryan promptly returned my call and worked within my budget. If the daughter tells aunty to get their face painted, we get our face painted. We wanted her to get her monies worth! On the day of the party, they arrived early to set up. We booked them for balloon twisting and airbrush tattoos and all our guests, both children and adults, loved them! It was like being at the drive-in like in the old days.
