Paula was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast, despite my initial hesitations during our first meeting. Her installers were very quick and quiet. Even when I thought there was a discrepancy in the billing amount, she willingly let me cut the check I thought I owed until we sorted things out. Who does that these days? For those wanting to know what I purchased, we had an assortment of: plantation shutter, honeycomb blinds (cordless, some blackout, and pull up & down), And fabric vertical blinds. The quality was to very much to industry standards. Some of the blinds were a little too wide and didn't quite fit right in the window, but Steve, the installer, was prompt and courteous in repairing them when he came back out to install the last of my blinds. I received quotes from Norman, Smith and Noble, Sunland, and Perfect Fit representatives. Not only was the price from Perfect Fit in line with those places, it was clear during the shopping process that the quality of the shutters from Perfect Fit blew the others out of the water. The employees who work there are all very qualified and have been with the company for a long time. I met the owner John when I stopped by on a Saturday not realizing they were closed; even so, he ran out to catch me as I was getting in my car to leave to let me in and gave me a quick run down of my options. I also enjoyed that they put no pressure on us during the buying process. We LOVE our shutters. We will be using them again when we are ready to update the rest of our window treatments.

It took many months for my windows to arrive, but I knew this was possible. The first installation appointment I had, no one ever showed up. My installation appointments were rescheduled at least three different times. I was very disappointed with the installation. The caulking is extremely messy, looks like a child did it. I have sent pictures of the worst spots to the company with no response. I was never shown how to open the windows to clean, and despite several requests, have never gotten a copy of the warranty. The two installers did not speak English. I am really sorry I ever purchased these windows and trusted this company. I work very hard for my money and this was a major expense for me. I should have gone with more expensive windows that would have been installed correctly and neatly. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

I needed new windows and new sliding glass doors. The previous owners of our appartment had put in…read morethe cheapest possible units with the cheapest possible labor. With regards to the heating of our home, the windows were no better than screens. I reached out, looking for windows and installers. I had a few people come in and estimate the job. None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are.
