The salon is in a nice area on Merrick Blvd. near shops and eateries. Inside the salon is bright and pleasantly decorated; and has Friendly vibes! (Pic #1) I scheduled an appointment with Tre on May 14 for June 28th (a whole month+ in advance!!) . This is not the first time she has done this where, a couple of days before the appointment (or on the day of) she'll try to change the appointment day or time and I am left to try to accommodate her (as I have no choice because I am usually about to go on vacation and did not schedule a backup eyelash appointment), and I always schedule way in advance. This time, (#2)a couple of days prior to my appt, she asks if I can come earlier, which I couldn't due to having other earlier appts. So I tell her I can come later in the day. I had to follow up with her for 2 days just for her to keep the same day/time. (#3)The day of the lash appt comes and like clockwork, shes asking if I can come earlier or that evening. I tell her evening because again.. I have other earlier appointments to keep. (#4)I follow up with her that evening and she now changes the appointment to the next day which I DID NOT want because I was braiding my hair, and hair braiding can take all day. I purposely left that day just for getting my hair done. (#5-6)You'll see that she promised me that no matter what she will do my lashes and even offer a discount for all the rescheduling , even if it's late at night. I was leaving for my trip literally the next early morning so that night was the last opportunity I had to get my lashes done, and by this point it was way too last minute to schedule an appointment somewhere else. (#7)On the day of the hair braiding, I could barely reach Tre at all! I finally called at some point and she answered and told me that she thought I was on my way? I'm not sure why she would think that when I never texted her that. She said she will call me back but she did not. After getting my hair done, I continued calling and just went straight to the shop for them to tell me that she was not even there anymore. (#8) I texted Tre after going all the way to shop for nothing, just to get ANOTHER apology. (#9) this is a prior appointment where again she changed the time/date a couple of days before. I will not be coming back, the lack of professionalism and just courtesy for clients had been soo disheartening. My time and effort in making an appointment way ahead was simply not respected. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.
