RB was great for some things and bad for others. They had a great IEP team and great guidance…read morecounselors. They had a great chemistry teacher. However, the English teacher Thomas Dignan is probably the worst teacher in that subject ever. My AP kid said they read maybe 2 books ALL YEAR in Dignan's class. Not much college prep! Dignan has learned the art of blabbing without saying anything. And the French teacher Ms. Forberg may be a native speaker, but she doesn't know how to teach. She gave difficult grammar tests without teaching any grammar at all. Her class would kill GPAs for most students. (My kid has a steel trap memory, so he still got As, but no thanks to her.)

I had to enroll myself here as my parents are at times neglectful of me, they wanted me to pursue…read moremy education at Proviso East high school, the admissions process was rigorous and difficult but not for the reasons you think, it was because this school is disorganized, they didn't send me my letter of acceptance in time so I had to put down a $ 500 deposit at Nazareth Christian Academy just incase I did not make it into "PMSA", I ended up attending the school, but just because it was free, I attended here because even though I would been able to get $ 10,000 of off my yearly tuition at Nazareth (due to my academic scholarship grant) Nazareth would have still broken the bank for my as I have to support myself since I only have a single unemployed parent and I am the breadwinner of the family and have to support not only my mother but my two younger brothers. I really dont know if i'm gonna make it i may crack under pressure Three stars
