Courtney is SO nice. This was my first time ever getting a lash lift and I WILL be back. I know my friends will be too after they saw my eyelashes. Not having to curl them every morning (only to have them become un-curled by mid day) is the BEST. I used to get my eyelashes tinted elsewhere - they had to have been using very harsh chemicals when tinting my lashes. I didn't have to wipe my eyes or rinse my eyes out after my lash tint when Courtney did it. It was a calm and relaxing experience. Honestly I can't wait until I have to go back again. Eyelashes obviously go through natural growth cycles, but it's been 20 days and my eyelashes are still curled. I am sure in the future I will be getting other services! She is very knowledgeable and even helped answer some questions I had about skin...which she did not have to do. Overall: YES. She took her time, she is professional, the setting is very relaxing, I 100% will be back. PS- Leave around an hour for this appointment, it only takes about 45 minutes, but you don't want to be in a rush because she takes her time with lifting the lashes! read more

I just saw Courtney today for the first time to get a lash lift and tint. Previously, I had my lash lift and tint done in North Carolina and loved the results. However, my eyes stung in the process and some of my lashes ended up bent instead of having a natural curl. I didn't know any better and thought that's just how it was. After my lash lift and tint today with Courtney, I can't go anywhere else! The process only took 30 minutes vs the 1-hour before and my eyes didn't sting at all. Plus, I have a beautiful natural curl which I never thought would be possible with my hooded eyelids. Unfortunately, it's pretty difficult to take a selfie of the results, but take my word for it, your lashes will look fabulous after the lift. Bonus: I loved talking to her! Not only do my lashes look incredible, (DARK AND CURLED FOR WEEKS), but she pays special attention to the color of my hair to match my brows. As a redhead, my eyebrows have always been dyed a light brown or literal burgundy. Courtney dyes them perfectly every time AND I can trust her not to overshape (I have thin eyebrows, but they look great thanks to her). The process is hassle free and very efficient. Courtney is a delight to talk to and is definitely the best person for any beauty service. Side note, the building is a little tough to find, however, the address on the building is visible. I'm so happy with the results! I had the Lash Lift & Tint done and i'm pleasantly surprised. It took a little under an hour for the entire process (included an upper lip waxing). Courtney was very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout. It was very relaxing and did not hurt. I was worried she wouldn't have any lashes to curl but she did and im happy i dont need to put mascara or anything foreign on my lash line. I always sucked at putting on those falsies - always had a corner that didnt stick. It's supposed to last 4-6 weeks so keep an eye on my update. All in all, a good experience. read more

I had an awesome first time experience here! I've never gotten a Brazilian wax but Courtney did a great job of making me fill comfortable throughout. I can tell she is very knowledgeable in her field as she was able to confidently answer all of my questions about skin care and other various things. Courtney is a true professional. I got a lash left and tint and was pleasantly surprised by the result and highly recommend it if you're someone like me who is over extensions. Courtney's space is clean, well organized and calm. She was friendly, patient and explained what she was doing as she was doing it so I knew exactly what to expect. She's also a great conversationalist so the time flies by. I booked my appt on line through the app on Courtney's site and it was super easy. I even got text reminders prior which was nice. I used a Living Social coupon and unlike some places I've been Courtney didn't treat me any differently then a "full paying customer". The day I went parking was kind of a pain so plan ahead to get there a bit early to have time to look for a spot. She's in a big building with lots of other business so you have to push in a code at the door and she lets you in. Neither of these last 2 comments are meant in anyway as negatives just FYI for someone going to Haut for the 1st time. Her waxing techniques leave you spotless, and she is delicate at the same time which makes it a winner. I visit Chicago frequently for work and to visit family so I'm always bouncing around from spa to spa every time I visit. Courtney is, hands down, the best waxing professional I have been to in that city. Let's face it, it can be super intimidating and stressful trying to find a new person to wax your lady bits. If you're anything like me, the personality of the waxing professional is just as important as her hair removing abilities. No one is going south of the border with hot wax that doesn't make me feel 100% comfortable. I have extra sensitive skin under my hair down there which has made for some very interesting (read: nightmare!) spa visits. Not only do I have to like the person, I have to feel like I can trust her as well. My hair removal standards are HIGH. The entire vibe of the studio immediately put me at ease when I walked through the door. This place is clean, contemporary, professional, and relaxing. Courtney immediately made me feel at home as soon as I walked through the door. She is personable, friendly, and down-to-earth. She was so easy to talk to I felt like I'd been coming to her for years. There wasn't any of that awkward new client feeling. The actual waxing was a breeze. It's hard to find someone that can do a great job waxing and make it quick. Courtney was like a hair removal ninja! We were chatting away and before I knew it, she was done. Amazing.
