It felt like a doctors office in a good way, something I am happy to pay for on my return visit! They do have a line of products they use (if you elect for it) and they will show you what they used when they walk you out, but it's not particularly pushy, just informative. As a redhead I've never had someone blend in a brow powder that looked so natural!! I am considering a $20 purchase next time I'm in to attempt it myself. From the waiting room decor, the setup & cleanliness of the rooms, and the reasonable price of $35, they've done a good job keeping their brand consistent. Basically, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Service-wise, this holds true as well. I've generally found their estheticians to be friendly and quick (which is what you want when it comes to waxing!) I saw Mitzy this week and she was a sweetie. (My only complaint, and this is from my HB visits in general, is that I sometimes have a fair amount of breakage which can lead to ingrown hairs. I'm not sure why this happens and if it's my bad or theirs!) I still love my waxing spot in ATL that I hit when I head to work, but this is certainly a great alternative here in town.
