I came for the training, but stayed for the past 2 years for the nutritional guidance and Vic's hands on approach. I'm 40 and since my career switch I had rapidly put on weight. First of all, I am not the type of person who likes to exercise, and I have never trained myself hard before. However, Victoria motivates me and I really like her sessions. A friend recommended me to Victoria after I complained about regular trainers at the gym and private trainers I'd encountered. However, I must detail what a difference the personal touch makes, and Victoria brings that and more. Having become disillusioned with the aforementioned trainers, the results meant that I was putting on weight and more importantly, neglecting my diet. She's a great listener, attentive and caring to her clients and tailor nutritional recommendations specifically for each client. I'm in the process of replacing all meats to grass-fed and finished meat. This is not expensive, she provides delivery vendors where you actually save more than going to supermarket. I met Victoria in 2009 in a long line of trainers that my then gym (LA Fatness) supplied me with to work me out. The other trainers, although well-trained and capable but were missing something. I would have stayed at that gym forever as long as Victoria was there but when she left, so did I. Victoria has been training me nearly every week since then, even long distance. She is concerned only with me performing my personal best - no one else's - and supporting me in recognizing every achievement - big and small - as a constant reminder that I'm limited only by what I think I can do, not by what I am truly capable of. I started working out with Victoria after COVID quarantine really negatively affected my fitness. After back surgery, it was incredibly important to me that I find someone who really understands the body. Victoria has increased my strength and wellbeing exponentially.
