I have been to many 5 star spas & resorts and Hautedry by far is my favorite. The customer service is always on point. You are kindly greeted and waited on from the second you walk in the door. The salon aesthetic is serene, modern & relaxing. Not to mention the fully stocked coffee bar! The entire Hautedry team are extremely professional and highly skilled. I myself receive numerous treatments on a regular basis from hair color, weekly blowouts to waxing & brows! I would definitely give them five stars! My stylist was good (I like her) but the prices are INSANE -- was higher than major city salons I have frequented in Boston and Los Angeles. I have a feeling it is because I get the "preferred rate" of gouging. I have short hair; had a root touch up (cost $110); a frame highlight (not the full head just framed face for $145 which after complaint was lowered to $85); and a color gloss for $65 (which costs only $5 for product); and a cut which was supposed to be a trim of short hair (cost $90 for a trim) and a blow dry for $56 (for short hair)... Grand total $466 until i complained, then total was adjusted to $406. Please tell me others pay this amount so i don't feel I am the only one being charged this stupid amount! Finding a new salon as this is not worth it. It's not right. read more

I visited the salon for the first time on September 16th. Was warmly greeted by many of the staff. Was offered beverages choices, and I chose a latte which arrived immediately in a beautiful cup, accompanied by a biscotti. I told my hairstylist Ariel, I just needed a regular blowout to last me a couple days. When I mentioned I didn't have time to have my bangs trimmed before I came, she made time for me. The blowout lasted me 8 days through Florida's humidity, I received many compliments. I will definitely return next time I'm in Vero. Thank You! read more

The selection of wine, coffee and treats isn't what makes it worthy of 6 stars either. It's the owner and staff that keeps me and my family loyal clients. Yep, my 2 sons love coming to HD too. Okay...I may be exaggerating a teeny tiny bit when it comes to them. They don't LOVE getting haircuts but don't complain when visiting. That's a win in my book! I DO LOVE getting my hair done here! From my first interaction on the phone with Laura, to the day of the wedding, everyone was so professional and friendly, and the process was SO easy. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that the wedding day went smoothly and were fantastic about communication throughout the entire process. They even set up your payment method so that you don't even have to think of that on the wedding day-they thought of everything! It was easy to get a trial scheduled at a time that worked best for me with a busy schedule, and I felt comfortable asking to make adjustments until it looked perfect and JUST how I wanted it. I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and am looking forward to my next visit. The space is clean and effortlessly glamorous. Amanda worked quickly, gave my hair beautiful curls and was so sweet! I absolutely loved my blow out and have recommended Haute Dry to all my friends in Vero. -------------------------- Just went in again today and had another amazing experience. I loved sipping on champagne while Alex and Roz gave me a very cool 1940s poof! I also noticed they have a very sleek men's hair / barber section called HD Men. The woodwork and layout of the room is on point and makes me envious of a hot shave. There is a really cool florist that shares a doorway with Haute Dry and it is perfect for taking photos after your blowout. read more

I love the space and the designated areas for washing, cutting, and blow dry. Very chic. Very casual. Very haute! I will certainly return for more "work!" FYI, you can make reservations online!!! You may get a FB discount if you check in on FB. You will be offered a glass of champagne or wine with your service...what is not to love about this place!!? Not really sure what all the hype is when it comes to this salon unfortunately ‍. I really wanted to like this place, but experiencing it in real life wasn't really the same as the photos on their social media etc. The front desk employees were mediocre at best and I still don't quite understand why most of the space is taken up by a bar area that wasn't active. My two daughters and I had our hair done for a wedding and I had my make up done. The place was very nice, clean, stylish and professional. They listened to what we wanted done and the 3 stylists did an excellent job and made us look great! The make up artist communicated with me throughout the process and consulted with me about colors, amount of coverage and how I preferred the products to be used. They were efficient and got us in and out in plenty of time , so that they could do the girls in the wedding party. This place knows what it is doing and is able to handle multiple clients for special events. I also watched locals as they were leaving and was impressed with their hair also. Went the first and only time today. Just needed a wash and blow dry. All of the staff was very unfriendly and stand-offish. The stylist was almost rude and my wash and blowout was very painful and rough. I like to enjoy my salon experience and this I couldn't wait to be over. It was torture. Plenty of other salons in the area that can offer a professional, upbeat and less painful experience. Do not recommend. read more
