Convenient. Upscale / small format Coffee Shoppe with a decent selection of "breakfast" foods. Coulda been hotter (in temperature), but easily passes for what it is; more than a bagel store, more than a coffee shop, more than fast foods.

Overpriced basic food, like bagels with tuna, or eggs. There are better and cheaper options.

It was difficult to find as there is a small sign by the driveway leading to the parking lot and restaurant. The building is set in, not by the street, and there was no obvious signage. It looks like a simple house in the parking lot. Upon entering, the room felt quaint and cozy. We were immediately seated as we went during the week and it was quiet. Hubby had the pancakes with sausage and I ordered the omelette. The pancakes were tasty and not dense. The sausages were unfortunately 3 small breakfast sausages. For an additional $4, 2 fat sausages would have been nice. My omelette was good but I don't know if I would call it fluffy. The eggs were flat and the only "fluffy" part maybe that the inside of the omelette was slightly undone. Coffee was nice and rich. I gave this place 4 stars because there was nothing wrong and the food was good. Although this place isn't mind blowing, I think if I lived here it would be a nice regular place for brunch. Definitely a place to try for locals.

I came here for lunch because I heard it was supposed to be all organic and healthy foods. There is…read moreindoor and outdoor seating available but I decided to stay indoor to eat. At the register, it was a little confusing as there was no line that had formed. There were people standing in front of the register and the young employee would just shout "next customer" and someone would decide to go next. In my opinion, I think the back room should have a door or curtain just for the employees privacy. I would not want customers seeing me eating or on my phone while I'm on a break. I'm sure most people know it's a break room, but for those who don't would be wondering why there are people sitting when the front of the store has customers waiting for their order to be taken. Back to the food... I got a panini with mozzarella, tomato, basil and chicken (additional $4.50). And I also go the Clean Green smoothie. They gave me a numbered placard so that someone could deliver my food to my table. The panini was good, but unfortunately the chicken was very dry and the ends of the bread was soggy. For something that was just made, the bread should not be soggy like it had been sitting in a liquid for a while. The smoothie was ok. I think they put too much vanilla extract in it because that was the only thing I could really taste. I think the banana needed to ripen for another day. Also, there was a grainy texture and I can't figure out why as there was no powder added to it. According to the menu, the ingredients are coconut water, banana, cucumber, spinach, dates, and vanilla extract. The total for my sandwich and drink was $31. This is an ok but overpriced lunch. I might come back to try something else in the future.

These truffles are incredible and highly recommended. Enjoy your visit to Mindful Cafe and the blissful surroundings.
