They produce a 'ton' of bagels which are okay but definitely not the NYC chewy bagel style you get in bagel shop. The bakery area is a different story. All the Curbngo kiosk's are also in this walkway making the passage even tighter! Now for the food. We got pancakes and waffles last time. The pancakes were okay but the waffles were MOLDY! It seems like they are either making them ahead of time if they are selling pre made frozen waffles that they obviously don't know how to keep and reheat them. If we wanted frozen we could just get it from the local store. The whitefish sandwiches have more mayonnaise than actual whitefish. Same with the tuna. In an obvious attempt to cut costs the food has suffered and by extension so has service. We (my family and I) have decided that after four bad experiences we will not be making a fifth time. The owners and staff are friendly and courteous, and genuinely interested in pleasing their patrons. Please keep in mind, these owners are not the same ones from several years ago.
