The Kumquat Tot is hands down my favorite. Kumquat, gin, mint, and a few other choice ingredients make this one of the most unique and refreshing cocktails I've ever had. Drinks are served in classic tiki glassware. I dig the vibe here real hard. It's rad. Decor is thatched walls, huts, voodoo, fire, and skulls. Mood lighting enhances the overall theme. It was so thick I could just peel it off. What was left was a very sad unseasoned fish. The rest of the dish was great. I asked the server if I could have ordered the founder blackened instead of fried. It seemed like they were willing to try and also said they could sub blackened Mahi instead of the flounder wouldn't do well. I do appreciate the staff. I may be back but not during brunch. I don't like the smell of eggs and fake maple syrup which was prominent during my visit.
