He only spent less than 10min on randomly spraying outside and faking up the sign-off sheet with "customer not available to sign". After the useless service, we still got ants everywhere. We filed complaints to the Memphis Branch and Headquarters and asked for retreatment, but none of them responded. In the end, we had to ask Better Business Bureau to help us get the early termination of the contract. Fake 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! DON'T USE!
