We had them come to bring trees down that were leaning over our house. They did that, but caused a…read morehuge divot in our driveway which they took off $100 for. Then, we had them build a retaining wall and they made divots with the machine in our driveway as well. We were leaving and paid them for the job thinking it would be finished that day. Well, they get 4 bells of hay and lay them on the bank, don't finish the wall, and are supposed to bring a load of gravel for the back part of the driveway they dug up. It took them a month to come back to lay the gravel. The still didn't finish the wall at this point. I call them and ask them when it will be finished and what the plan was with the bells of hay. He tells me the city "made" him buy them but not to spread it.... Makes sense. Then he says he will be here Friday (today). He sends his dad today to finish the wall and my husband texts him asking him not to let whoever was doing it throw the excess block over the bank. Well, they did. My husband calls to ask him why and he says "we didn't do that". My husband had spent the entire day before cleaning out what they dumped during the project. When he was told that, he hung up the phone on my husband. It was clear that once they got their money they did NOT care about finishing the job. Very disappointing considering we waited a month for them to finish and spent a LARGE amount of money and this is how the owner decides to treat us.
