One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever.
