Everytime they are wonderful, all very kind, yet professional. Just went in on May 15th as the Country is just beginning to reopen from Covid, and I had zero fears that these people have it all under control. From the sweet young girl greeting you in the hall for a temp check and a fresh mask...to the kind young lady I woke up to immediately asking if I would like something to drink. Being my usual "sarcastic self" I mentioned how wonderful coffee will be when I leave...but she mentioned a co-worker might have some, and within minutes I had a wonderful & fresh cup of strong black coffee. :) Think that was compliments of Chase??? Regardless of who, and of all the names I do not remember...the faces don't seem to change, and they're all consistently awesome! I will never go anywhere else for an "elective" procedure. The scheduling is THE worst I have ever dealt with. They only have 1 day a wekk for procedures and good luck getting scheduled in a reasonable time frame IF they even return your call much less answer the phone. The billing department can't even bill insurance properly and expect you to pay for their mistakes in billing. If you truly want pain relief and NOT a pain find another clinic. Anywhere!

This urgent care has very nice employees... they're just horribly understaffed. Most of my visits to this urgent care result in being told to just go to the ER. So unless you have something very minor I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. My covid test also took 7 days for the results.

The therapy he performed on me, caused me a lot of pain. I told him about it and asked him why he did that to me. He said it was necessary to crack that knee so it didn't get stiff. I suggested to him that using a lot of force wasn't necessary. And he basically told me that in his training this was the way it was done. Other therapist in the office who worked with me treated me with much more care and kindness. I think Kyle should be knocked down a notch on his attitude!

After X-rays and even two different physical therapists I was a bit discouraged. Friends and a gym recommended Dr Brimhall and after the first visit I was impressed. I been about four times. And it's not expensive. I'm doing better each time and he has given me a couple things to do at home. I'm now doing better, don't feel I really need to go back, took my wife yesterday and she too was very pleased even after having surgery two days before. Impressive! Plus the office staff is fun.

Luckily for me, he still does cash payments for those of us who have insurance that doesn't cover chiropractor services. I have a very bad back with several things wrong. He is quick... no long wait times in the lobby, efficient & both he & his staff are very friendly & helpful. He does more than just 'adjust' the back & neck. My husband gets acupuncture from him and since I hate being "cracked" He uses an activator to adjust my back & neck. He does much more to help our bodies. His office staff is very friendly, knowledgable and discreet. I can't say anything negative about him. He's everything you want a chiropractor to me!!
