After X-rays and even two different physical therapists I was a bit discouraged. Friends and a gym recommended Dr Brimhall and after the first visit I was impressed. I been about four times. And it's not expensive. I'm doing better each time and he has given me a couple things to do at home. I'm now doing better, don't feel I really need to go back, took my wife yesterday and she too was very pleased even after having surgery two days before. Impressive! Plus the office staff is fun.

I have noticed this behavior continuously. Why nothing is being done about her is beyond me. I have spoke with staff about her and apparently there has been continuous complaints about her and nothing has been done. I think a call to corporate or even state may be necessary if all of this continues. She needs to be gone our friends/families deserve better. You can see how uncomfortable the residents get when she is going off on a coworker. Which is almost every time I see her. It's incredible unprofessional and uncalled for. I have had my oxygen concentrator for a couple months now I keep getting text messages and…read moreautomated calls in regards to my insurance so I called the company thinking I was doing the right thing got Kathy, who answered the phone. She started off nice until I explained my situation with my insurance with my employer, she then proceeded to tell me it was illegal like I already didn't know that. She seems like she was bothered by me calling, really lacked customer care and service. I was asking what my options were and all I got told was we will have to pick up the equipment due to no insurance. What happened to working with patients and giving a damn about care and others? I know the insurance isn't her problem, it is mine and so is my health but damn customer service could go a lot further in her line of work what happened to compassion and giving a shit about patients and their health. I've been proceeded to ask her. What are my options if my provider is wanting me to be on it she says I guess self-pay and then was rude. Giving me the amount. I then told her I would call back and speak to somebody else because of her poor customer service. The gentleman who originally brought my equipment to me was absolutely amazing so friendly, caring and compassionate. Maybe she should get some training from him.

My therapy has changed as I've gained strength and motion. They have been supportive in helping me figure out how to do my exercises at home. I've being swimming twice a week and recently started going to the office for light cardio and I need to get serious about and lose some weight because I do have a problem there, but my back and leg pain makes it difficult. Randy and Liz are very helpful, tho. They don't push you too hard to do things that your body might not be able to take right away, because the clients here are all recovering from injuries of some sort, so we have to take it easy. I'm also receiving acupuncture now, or dry needling, I guess it's called and after my first week I have to say I love it. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get back active during recovery.
