I tried to do other things that didn't require a yoga mat but the seats for all of the machines are so uncomfortable I couldn't even stand a 15 minute session. If this gym is for you, it's great. The idea of working out in a sauna is awesome. But, I guess it was timing. They just opened, had no water available, still working on some things & ultimately it just isn't for me.

This was our first time going to Cryo0850 and we had the best personal treatment! Amy explained everything in detail and pampered us throughout the entire time. My only regret is I'm visiting the area and I wish I was close-by to take advantage of this lovely place again.
